Visiting family. I went out to eat with some friends as well. My waitress was Julia, she was nice through our entire dinner. But towards the end my friends all received their tickets but me. My sister received a 87 dollar ticket for her and her BF only so since she never offered mine we assumed since her ticket was so much that she had put mine on hers. So we got up and left. My baby boy was with us and I had forgot his bottle on the table so I had turned around to get it. My sister and bf were still there. So I wouldnt have to get my 6mon old out the car again he offered to go in and get his bottle. So as he did the waitress Julia stopped him and said that I had walked out on my ticket and didn't catch us. So he apologized told her we thought it was on the big ticket received and that she never returned to the table he then said ok I came to get the bottle since we forgot it but let me go out to tell her and so he did. I gave him my debit card and he went in, paid it for me. As I was driving bk home I could not believe I was charged 38 dollars for a kids mac n cheese, snack size wing, and one beer. I knew I had been over charged. I drove bk. Explained to the waitress. she says she charged for someone else beers that came out to eat with us. That she had asked to split the beers between all tickets? That they said yes and I looked at her and told her I never agreed for her to put their beers on my ticket. She said she would get the manager to refund the money. Once the manager got there I told him what happened and he says so these beers were consumed by bf that came to get my bottle. I told him sorry no but that's not my bf and they paid for their ticket. He says okay but you walked out on your ticket so i can't technically refund you. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I said " Do you seriously think if I was walking out on my ticket purposely that I would come bk for my sons bottle?!?" The manager Edward just stayed quiet. I told him it's not right that they are charging me for 4beers I did not drink! I only consumed on what I could afford. He says who is going to pay for these beers. This manger wanted me to pay for beers that someone else drank just bc he would be short on his collection ? He found every way out to not refund me. And on top of that they printed out everyone's ticket that was at my table to explain to me how everyone was charged out, all the tickets did not equal up to what everyone paid. So they showed me other consumers tickets.. this was one of the worst experiences I EVER HAD AT A BWW! I'm from Texas and the BWW employees there would have never done that to me. I was punished bc the waitress didn't remember everyone's order nor how many beers her table consumed. SMH. Manger Edward was very disrespectful to me. He took advantage to speak to me the way he did bc...
Read moreFrom the moment we stepped in it was awful. The table was so dirty it was sticky. I thought it was a mistake, even though I was clearly led to it, I didn't just sit down on my own. There was a Padres game on, I figured they were just busy and it was an oversight. Our server was busy with other customers. She acknowledged us and said she would be back but decided to take the orders from customers who arrived well after us. It took at least 10 minutes for our order to be taken. I asked for a specialty drink, some kind of mint soda. The drink I was given, the rim was decorated with tajin, it was just sweet and flat. I couldn't drink it, it was so sweet I wanted to throw up. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get the attention of the server in order to return it. My boyfriend ordered iced tea, they gave him a glass with no ice! She came back with a cup with ice for the ice tea. When he ordered he specifically asked for lemon, he had to get up and walk over to the bar to get his own lemon. There was no sweetener at the table either, he had to ask for it. She did bring that eventually. It took 30 minutes to get 10 wings. I ordered a barbecue chicken salad that took at least 10 minutes longer to bring. It had what looked like two small chicken pattie breasts that you buy from Costco but smaller, half an old tomato cut on the side (you could tell how old it was because the skin was wrinkly), wilted romaine lettuce, some shredded carrots, a handful of bacon bits and maybe one or two tablespoons of ranch dressing. It was exactly this because I was so shocked I went through that plate with my spoon 3 times. It tasted as bad as it looked. I didn't care because I wasn't planning on bringing it home and I'm definitely not going to that restaurant ever again. If you have ever listened to advice from a reviewer before, please avoid this place, there is NOTHING good about it. The place is dirty from the tables to the floor (and the bathrooms), the food is awful and the staff is lacking to say the least. Usually I would say they were busy or try to empathize but to serve iced tea with no ice and actually make someone get up to get the lemon they requested, plus she never once came to check if we needed anything. That's...
Read moreHorrible Service!! They took my money and i Never received my Meal!!!! It was all bad from the very beginning! When 3 of us got there, I was told, because of the lack of servers, it would be 30 minutes before I sat down. I was told that with plenty tables open in the dining area. It took exactly 30 minutes and as I sat down, not even more than 5 minutes the other tables were being filled with guests. 🚩 it took some time for us to even be addressed which was OK because of the “lack of servers” I understood that part. When we were finally addressed, their ordering process was to order from an app and pay for ahead of time 🚩 We placed our orders and it took 30 minutes just for us to get drinks 🚩 Again, because of the “lack of servers,” I was more understanding. Since I was watching the football game, I was occupied anyway. 50 minutes past and when I asked about the food 🚩, The waitress went back to check and came out telling me they did not have my order available to serve 🚩. Now I’m frustrated, because I was never told that. At that time over an hour past and I did not want to order anything else so I asked if they could refund my three drinks due to this experience, the waitress advise me that she will tell the manager and let me know. The game ended 30 minutes later, I got the waitresses attention, I asked her about the refund, she had told me it was all taken care of 🚩 I still proceeded to tip her for her work and then I left. Here we are 10 days later and a refund was never issued according to my bank statement 🚩.
I cannot blame the waitress, she was hustling to do her job. I blame very poor management!!!! Because of this, do not come here to eat even if the capacity is half full. Also, if there are too many red flags, recognize and walk away.
Buffalo wild wings in Chula Vista, you made my experience there a horrible one. I hope you hire servers and improve your management
