Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) — Local services in Cincinnati

I received a check that was drawn from Bank of America. I went to their Vine Street location, but after a lengthy call I was informed that the Vine Street location was not actually a Bank of America but a private bank that "used" Bank of America. I was finally transferred to Bank of America main number and they informed me to come to this location to cash my check. Upon arrival there parking lot was blocked by 3 cars and a Loomis Cash Truck. I had to reverse and come down a "do not enter" area to park. Once inside, a gentleman was standing at a podium. I informed him that I was here to cash a check. He took my ID and my check and told me it would be a few minutes for him to verify the check. I said I understood and quietly waited off to the side. At this time, two females who had been sitting in the lobby approached. I was rudely asked to go sit down while the females were waited on. I did so. At this time a lady approached and asked if she could help. I informed her why I was there and she asked me to step to the back. I informed her the gentleman had my ID and my check and she insisted that I follow her. I assumed she didn't hear me, so I repeated myself and she rudely told me that I needed to go sit by the teller window and I would be helped shortly. (Then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to open an account. Even if I didn't have to drive 20 minutes to my bank, I wouldn't bank here) My over all experience here was bad. I'm not sure if it was a bad day for the employees or if this is a constant. Either way, Bank of America won't be getting any more of my business. First of all, let me begin by saying the team at the MLK branch is a dream team squad. I saw how they all worked together to ensure that they assisted to achieve customer satisfaction. From the moment I stepped in they greeted me with a smile and warmth that felt like a hug.
