I called in advance of family of 7, and as me my family arrived Tyler and a black man employee was instantly rude by saying oh these are the people you are talking about, so as the black employee man, I don't know his name because they wear no they tags and I've already asked Tyler his name because he was very rude more than the Tyler guy. The the young black male was making seven large bowls and small bowl, I noticed that it was small amounts of pasta and the advertisement shows more in the pasta bowls, Tyler was micro managing and speaking about how I could not get more pasta in the several bowls and Tyler and the black male started whispering in each other's ears I found very rude to treat me and my young family members and my daughter like that, Tyler continued to stand by monitoring how me as the customer was struggling to make the bowls as shown in the advertisement shown. Tyler walked away after he realized that I recorded his behavior towards me and my grandkids and daughter. Tyler also other customers that was behind us over our bowls spilling their ingredients inside our bowls and he made sure that they had decent bowls and overflow their bowls to throw in my face. They over charged me 15 times with seven bowls and this experience was horrible and devastating to where it was never welcoming and I should have just walked out! Here are some pics and videos I decided to take during this uncomfortable visit as a customer and paid over $100. The pics on the menu is very mis leading and false advertising and the managers are very impolite, very rude, and very unprofessional and non welcoming! Me and my grandkids and kids and adult daughter did not deserve that and I don't wish they behavior towards anyone that walks in this place! 🙏 Oh and to also mentioned, he messed up by putting chicken in a bowl that was suppose to be sausage, so I had to start all over again and was charged for the mess up.... I was charged for the redo and just ask the guy if I can keep the mess up bowl for my grand babies to refrigerate for another day and I didn't want to see it be waisted so I was was charged for both! With no apologies! Very upsetting and uncomfortable visit here and I may never return to this location again!

Had an incredibly great experience here when I visited Cincinnati a few weeks ago! I liken this restaurant to Chipotle’s Italian cousin because the set up is exactly the same but with an Italian concept and for me it’s a hit. Any lemonade they do is a HIT!!! I believe I had the blackberry hibiscus lemonade and it didn’t taste like it was made from a concentrate but from scratch. My husband had the carbonara with no bacon (happy they were able to accommodate and omit the bacon) and he loved it along with the side of calamari. The calamari I must say was a great surprise because it was very fresh and the banana peppers fried along with them worked extremely well. My son was a fan as well. I ordered a penne pasta with marinara sauce to split with my son and I had no complaints. Simple pasta dish with my choice of fixings. I wish I had an opportunity to sit down and dine in because the place looked extremely pristine. I should’ve asked for more garlic sauce for the calamari. Great experience here. Can’t wait to when I come back to Cincinnati for the tech conference MidWestcon next year.

A very rude cashier with long hair ruined my experience here. As we walked in he was yelling obscenities including the c-word at another customer (I’m guessing his friends) while other people were in the store eating. As I went down the line employees were acting very hostile and fed up even though I tried to be as patient as polite as possible. As I checked out, this same cashier who said the c-word openly vaped onto my pasta bowl and gave me flack for not having my ID out before mentioning the student discounts they run on Wednesdays. Overall pretty crazy no management keeps this kinda behavior in check but the pasta was still fire 🔥 I got the pesto bowl with chicken and was allowed to add artichokes and olives which was dope. Not a fan of that cashier guy though…

I have been to Piada a few times and will be back! The staff was very fun and friendly and there is great food selection.

The layout is similar to a chipotle, and it is a very nice building.

We had a going-away party there and brought some balloons. The girls out front were very helpful and fun to talk to, despite us taking a long time to order 😂

I recommend the Penne Carbonara with Salmon and Olives. It is hard to find something -that- specific and made to order while you wait.

Follow-up I went back a few weeks later and I needed to reprint a receipt from my previous visit. The cashier was very quick to help despite it being a long line! She stepped away and stepped back without missing a beat.

I did not get her name, but I appreciated her taking my request seriously. She let me know that she would need to get the attention of her manager once she was off a phone call.

Shauna, who is the manager, was able to take care of this very quickly as soon as she got off her phone call. I wrote down some details about my transaction, and she was able to look it up after the register cleared.

Again, it was very busy and I was impressed with Shauna's agility between requests. Between her, the cashier, and the server up front, they made great team work and showed a strong sense of making solutions.

I appreciate what you do and hope to...
