Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cincinnati

This is by far the most well-oiled machine of a tremendously busy restaurant I've ever seen in my life! Every single restaurant I've ever been to needs to take notes from this place! They are always ridiculously busy but everything is always in order and flowing perfectly! I do doordash and pick up orders here a lot. I normally walk in around lunch and there's normally a line halfway to the door or more there's another place where the door dashers can pick up their orders and there's always a line there as well there's normally 3 or 4 doordashers is there at a time, everytime but I have never once had to wait long they always have an abundant number of people working and even though they are always extremely busy I never see them running around like crazy. Each employee seems to have their own small area they stay in and do that areas job. I have seen lines on both sides and them missing orders but never once did they they ever look overwhelmed or stressed by it. They just calmly full of procedure and got done when needed to get done right away. Literally every restaurant needs to strive to be more like this one. It should be other restaurants dreams to run this smoothly and good! 👏👏👏 Applaud you guys are doing everything right I can't even think of one thing that I would note or do differently. Been a regular customer for about 10 years. That's about to end now. Guess they have a new manager and she hired the worst of the worst from the ghetto. Absolutely horrible customer service. They put the food outside your bowl and then pick it up and put it back into your bowl! Wow! I had to throw it away because I just saw them wipe the tray with a dirty cloth. Another time an AA guy in front of me asks for extra chicken, extra salsa, extra sourcream, etc and they smile and load it up and when I ask for sourcream in a cup, they just get annoyed! I am dark skinned too and same as them but they don't seem to realize. Another time absolutely bad customer service because they allow one person to order 8 bowls one by one slowly without any care about who is standing in line next when I am in a hurry and am thinking just one person before me. I tell the person about my situation and she says i can go ahead but guess what, the ghetto at the counter decides who she wants to serve and tells to the other person - "it's all right, you can go ahead". Horrible! I left and never coming back. 3 strikes and I am out! Chipotle sucks now. The rice is not properly cooked nor does it have lime juice squeezed in it. The chicken is dry. The peppers and onions are burned without any salt. The sourcream tastes bitter. The salsa is too liquid. Bring back the mexicans or people who care about the quality...

I love almost all Chipotles, and this one on MLK directly across from University hospital is particularly good. There's a convenient secret parking lot past the building on highland avenue. First right behind the building. It says 15-minute parking, but I've never seen anybody towed. The front door entrance under the sign has four steps and is not handicapped accessible. However, the back door entrance from the secret parking lot has no steps and would be handicapped accessible. The place is pretty tight for a wheelchair, but it would work. The food is fresh and delicious. I like to get a salad with meat on it and my sons love the burritos. They always have delicious strong brew unsweetened and sweetened iced tea available. I like to mix it. This particular Chipotle is super efficient and well run. Even if there's a long line at lunch time from the hospital crowd, they crank it through. I've never waited more than 10 minutes and usually less than 1 minute. There's nice seating both inside and on warmer days outside. The bathrooms are always clean and accessible.
