Read moreOne bad experience after another. I placed an order online at one location that ended up not having chicken tenders. I then had to call to get that order refunded. I was intrigued to call ahead so after calling to confirm that they had tenders I placed my order again. When I arrived I was told to go to the drive-thru to pick up my online order. After waiting at the window for 5 plus minutes I was told to pull around and that they would bring the order out to me. I then waited for another 10 minutes before going inside to find out what happened. While checking my order for accuracy an associate took my order and attempted to tie the bag shut. Read moreI ordered a pick up from Grubhub. The store told me to pick up at 8:36 pm. I got there at 8:40 only to be told that they didn’t have the chicken I ordered and I have to wait for 30 mins. I waited outside the store in my car for 30 mins and then they closed the front door. When I tried to talk to the employees in the store, they acted like they didn’t even hear me. I wasted an whole hour for not getting my food, feeling hungry and frustrated and humiliated. A ubereats driver showed up during the same period and complained about these same “bunch of black women chatting around n doing nothing”.
