Most employees that I've come into contact lately there are outright rude and unprofessional especially through Self Checkout. When I checked out this morning I didn't realize one of them were speaking to me since they were far away and talking to another employee and they made a rude noise under their mask at me. I was just quietly trying to check out and getting some things for my family. Even if they felt or thought I was ignoring them (which wasn't the case) that is still very unprofessional behavior. I normally have a very pleasant experience with him so I was very surprised by this.
I've had constant issues with things especially in the produce, meat and deli department not being as fresh as usual. Anytime I've made purchases from the meat and produce department its usually moldly or shows signs of it not being dated or refrigerated properly. I normally love shopping at this location. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give the deli department 4 and the rest of the...

Either that or I'm in someone's way just because I'm standing in front of a shelf trying to make a decision. I walk in in a good mood and walk out tense and irritable. At this smaller Mt. Washington store I almost never have that problem. It's not crowded, noisy or stressful there. I can actually have a conversation with someone if I want to. Oh, and people need to educate themselves. There's really no such thing as "expired" food. No law, no FDA regulation. Food keeps longer than food manufacturers say. They just want you to buy more of it. So relax a little bit if you see something with an "expiration" date on it. The store isn't trying to kill you. ...
