Marlin is the owner… And he is the reason why people don’t want to support black owned business I use to enjoy coming to this bar until I notice the issue it’s a long wait time period for the food and also the communication is horrible. Very very very unprofessional!!! I made an call in pick up order I which they required me to pay over the phone no problem I received a call back stating that they no longer had the food I placed so I requested a refund. The server let the owner know and he made it a huge issues talking trash through the phone saying he isn’t DoorDash and made a huge problem about giving me my refund it isn’t my issues your server said yall had the food and then turn around and yall didn’t The server was letting him know I was on the phone and he still kept yelling about rebutting my refund Finally it was given.. there has been so many times my order has been wrong and never made it an issues . The food was to die for, and possibly the only redeeming quality of this place.

Most of, if not all the service staff seemed to be drunk or on something EARLY on a Friday night. It was upsetting as I thought this could be a great place within walking distance to bring the family early on, but that will not happen.

Atmosphere would be great if there weren't people selling/taking pills out back on the patio/deck area.

I used to bartend so it shocked me to see how slow it was and how long it took for anyone to get a drink. The bartender needs more training and shame on the owners for tossing her to the wolves like this. I underatand service kinks in a new spot, but this was pure lack of training.

All and all the place has the vibe of a first time bar owner trying to figure it out with no real direction. I do hope that they can pull this place...

Why have I waited this long to stop in here?

The atmosphere is chilled and relaxing. The staff was super friendly and amazing. The food and drinks were next level. They serve frozen drinks out of a soft serve ice cream machine which creates a texture that is one of a kind. Not to mention, the drinks are so good! Food wise, I had the steak quesadilla and it was hands down the best I've had.
