Gold Star — Restaurant in Cincinnati

This is the worst Gold Star. We ordered 3 chili cheese sandwiches because my husband does not eat pork. They made cheese coneys instead which we did not realize til we got home and he took a bite out of one. He took the food back to the store with the receipt and asked for our money back to which they refused. They said only a manager could give a refund and they couldn't help him. Today he called the store to try to talk to a manager and they told him only a DISTRICT manager could give refunds and that their District Manager is on leave. This is just ridiculous. It's not that we need the 6 dollars back to survive, it's the principle of it all. We placed an order, they gave us the wrong food, and all we wanted was our money back. I have never heard of a place not being able to refund your money when THEY made the mistake. What if it was someone with an allergy and you gave them the wrong food?...

I am writing my review on an experience I had at this location. The wait in the drive thru was very slow and hardly no cars in the parking lot. After waiting 15 minutes just to put my order in I had asked how long the wait would be because I had have my daughter somewhere at a certain time. She was very rude to me and acted like I shouldn't have asked her how long the wait would be. I get up to the window maybe 15 minutes later and she told me I was being rude for asking her how long the wait would be. I was not happy at all with her attitude and didn't appreciate her being so rude. Also there was people standing around inside and when I asked her to tell me name she wouldn't tell me. This lady should not be in any customer service job. She argued with me and I was not about to let it go because customers deserve better service...

First time eating at this location, I came in with my 4 yr old and 18 mo old grandchildren and I couldn't have ask for faster, better service. Our waitress came immediately and notice the kids were fussy and ask what she could get them!!!! She worked fast to accommodate their needs to make the meal as quiet, enjoyable and relaxing for myself and everyone else as well, she even went as far as tying the bibs onto the kids . The food came out extremely fresh, and hot and nice adequate servings, it was wonderful to see that there was other options such as applesauce for the kids meals than just fries, but was shocked to see you were even offered sides with the kidsmeal.
