I’ve left a review before. I’m leaving another one because this is beyond ridiculous.
The staff is never friendly. You don’t even get a hello. It’s almost as if your are disrupting what they have going on to take your order. That’s how you feel.
Everything costs! If you want your burrito inside a bowl instead of in aluminum foil so you don’t make a mess, you have to pay for the tortilla. When asked how that is different from getting a regular burrito, the snide remark is “because you’re getting a burrito in a bowl… not a burrito, so you need to pay for the tortilla or just get a burrito next time.”
If you want you tomatoes and sour cream on the side instead of on the bowl because you don’t like for the cold ingredients to foil your hot ingredients, that’s a charge. Mind you, you’re not getting anything additional, just separate.
Additionally, you cannot get out of Chipotle without spending nearly $15 FOR ONE PERSON.
Finally, for the price, this location is very hit or miss as to if you will actually enjoy the product for the price you’re paying. There is always something wrong with the quality.
Either the rice is bland or has no cilantro. Or the fajita veggies are old and over cooked. Or the “three-finger cheese distribution” (yes! They consider the amount of cheese that goes through three fingers a serving🙄).
Every time I have a question about prices, there’s an attitude. But when you beget to the end of the line and the cashier announces “$13.89” for a bowl that has no double portions, one would ask what is being charged. That’s when you find all of the hidden fees.
Eat at home or go to another food spot. This ain’t it. I’m not just calling out this location…Chipotle as a corporation is greedy and nickel and diming everything.
The quality of service and food (and this is a new restaurant) is insulting for what you are being asked to pay and put up with.
Anderson location is pretty...
Read moreI usually do not leave reviews however I was very disappointed with my experience. Walked in to order in person, and I was the only one in line with one other patron paying. I walked up and stood there ready to start my order however the conversations going on behind the counter clearly were much more important. The staff were all chatting and laughing loudly carrying on without acknowledging me while I stood there. The cashier was trying to get one of the staffs attention as the patron paying had asked for a side of corn. The staff member after a few more asks by the cashier proceeded to get a side of guac, and the cashier started reiterating it was a side of corn she needed. The entire staff was yelling/laughing about him getting the wrong side while he loudly and jokingly clapped back at them all while the patron paying seemed confused why he couldn’t simply just get what he asked for. At this point I am still standing there waiting to be served while they all continue to chat and joke around very loudly. Finally, one of the staff members asks what I want and prepares to take my order 2-3 minutes after I had gotten there. In retrospect it was not a long wait time, but I was the only one in line and they clearly ignored me until they felt it was necessary to acknowledge me. I start my burrito bowl order with rice and the portion I got had to be barely a spoonful. The rest of the portions were fine. I got a side of guac and drink and ended up paying $16 for the saddest burrito bowl I have ever gotten from Chipotle. The portion size was not worth the price, the food as one other reviewer mentioned was very salty, and the poor/obnoxious service was they cherry on top. I will not be returning to this location. Save yourself a trip...
Read moreI was excited that a Chipotle was opening less than 3 minutes from my house. And I am understanding when a new location opens. However, this particular location is just meh.
I’ve gone at least 4 times personally, and a few times while dashing. The energy is always off putting. No greetings…even when you say hello. The employees seem frustrated and distracted. There’s always something going on in the back of house.
The portions are definitely meager and if you ask for cheese, they now have a “3 finger rule” which means you sprinkle cheese between three fingers and that is considered a serving.
Guacamole is almost $3 and they give you a tablespoon. I had to ask for more since the prices keep rising but the quantity goes down.
Everyone seems unhappy to be there and it shows in the food and the service.
I hope once they find their footing, things...
