Worst customer service ever. Went to this Gamestop to get an exchange for my Black Ops Cold War game that I bought brand new two days ago because it was crashing my Xbox Series X. Stood in line to be helped and when I got to the front of the line, the girl working the register just stared at me. No next please or how can I help you. I had to speak up first and greet her. Talked to her and the other guy working there that this version of Cold War is for Xbox One X not for Xbox Series X. I wanted the correct version and the guy informed me there was a price difference between the 2 versions. I told him I would pay the difference but he denied my return and said I can only exchange for the same version. I told him that this is a faulty game so I had the right to exchange it or return for a full refund. He again denied my return so I left. I went to the Gamestop at the Roseville Galleria Mall and the manager there exchanged my game for the correct version hassle free and did not even charge me the 10 difference for the correct...

Just moved into the area and have been to a number of gamestops n my life. This location was by far one of the best i've been to. Walked in was greeted by the workers at the counter and was asked if i needed help. They pointed me in the direction of the game i was looking for and gave a lot of insight to game details, story lines, difficulty, etc. As well as giving me suggestions for similar games. Great conversation, staff was very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. I decided to sign up for the rewards pro program specifically due to the individuals on staff today. I had all my questions answered quickly by Employee Casey who didn't rush me, he took his time helping me with my transaction and questions. As I was leaving the store I forgot to get a case to protect my new handheld 3DS console. He immediately without hesitation politely stopped helping a guest and offered me a case that was in the process of being thrown away. I was ecstatic that I got to save a case from the dump and didn't have to spend additional money when I had already spent 269.97 dollars! Way to go the extra mile...
