Liberty Pizza Plus — Restaurant in California

If I could rate it zero stars I would. For starters the employees were terribly rude and snotty to me. they were not wearing their masks properly, (above the nose), one wasn’t even wearing one at all. One was not wearing gloves at all when handling my food, from which I could see. They gave me attitude when I asked how thick they would consider their “thick” crust, as I was debating between the regular and the thick crust. The lady ringing up my order asked if I was paying with cash or card and I politely asked if they accepted apple pay and she rudely retorted “uh no, I said CASH OR CARD” and rolled her eyes. The other girl yelled at me for waiting near the door and told me to take a seat when I was comfortable standing, and in no one particular’s way as there was no one else in the store but the employees. My biggest complaint is by far the food. The crust, (which I asked for thick) was so thin that if I held it up to a light I could see through it. It was soggy and the cheese was slimy. The wings I ordered had little to no sauce, were extremely dry and even a few were burnt. If you are considering buying their mozzarella sticks, don’t, you have better luck getting the frozen ones at Walmart, at least those are edible. This place honestly should be shut down for how inedible their food is. (This is coming from someone who can eat just about anything). I can clearly see they do not value customer safety/ experience as they have no problem making many food safety violations, as well as belittling their customers. Got a pepperoni pizza last night and I really didn't enjoy it. :(

It is hard to describe exactly what I didn't like but I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the cheese (crust was fine, and pepperoni was fine, sauce was hard to notice but I think it was ok).

The texture of the cheese was sort of slimy (my best description but not quite accurate). At first, I thought it was just because there was too much cheese, so I tried removing most of it but even then it still tasted gross (to me).

I don't know if there was anything technically bad about the cheese, maybe it was just a different type of cheese than I'm used to?
