*edit : I still will not go back in , discount or not customer service should always be maintained, it’s already awkward enough shopping in public, not feeling welcomed just makes it worse.
Extremely uncomfortable with how the male manager and his associate kept staring and making me and my partner highly uncomfortable while trying to shop , multiple time would look at us and loudly sigh as we where shopping , was asked once if we needed help , when I explained we were knew what we wanted but still was looking he audibly sighed louder than the music playing and said “fine” as if us being the only customers their was bothersome …..was truly interested in buying items but would rather spend my money anywhere...

I have been a regular customer at Secrets since 2015! the employees make the difference (going to an adult store is a horrible experience with standoffish or uptight employees). The prices are pretty on par with most places, but stock is always changing for the better and they always have what you Came for in the first place(VHS cleaner like RUSH, British, or Jungle Juice consistently in stock for about 20$.. I just got off the phone with a girl working here and not only was she rude, disrespectful, dramatic, and unprofessional she also began to sexualize me and then argue with my wife. When I decide to spend my hard worked money in public I really don't like to be seen as a piece of meat. Forgive me for wanting to be treated like a human being. When we asked to speak with her manager she refused every time. When we asked for her name we finally got a response and she said "ummm my name is.... lucky" Worst experience EVER!!
