I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. TOOK MY 05 ACCORD TO PA TO HAVE A VIPER ALARM INSTALLED. I WAS ASTONISHED WHEN I SEEN THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID TO THE CAR! RUNNING WIRES THROUGH THE FIREWALL WITHOUT USING A RUBBER GARMENT. WIRE CONNECTORS FALLING OFF OFF UNDER THE DASH EXPOSING BARE WIRE. THE PLASTIC TRIM ON THE DRIVER SIDE WHERE THEY RAN THE FLASHING INDICATOR WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP AND NOT PROPERLY SNAPPED BACK IN. THEY LITERALLY RIPPED WIRES OUT OF THE VIPER VIBRATION SENSOR AND NEVER CONNECTED THEM TO THEIR INTENDED PLACES. LOOKS LIKE A 7 YEAR OLD DID THE JOB. WHICH WAS ONLY ABOUT AND HOUR FOR THEM TO DO THE INITIAL INSTALL?! SMH!! MY ALARM CURRENTLY ISN'T WORKING AND A 3RD VISIT BACK IS IMMENENT VERY SOON! IV NOTIFIED VIPER OF WHAT'S GOING ON AND THEY ARE IN CONTACT WITH ME AT THIS TIME. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN! POOR WORK, NO PRIDE, NO RESPECT FOR MY PERSONAL PROPERTY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THESE GUYS RIPPED ME OFF THEN BROKE THE VIPER I PURCHASED BY RIPPING WIRES OUT OF ITS HARNESS!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I needed a 13.5 inch Tesla style radio command center that replaces basically the whole middle of your dash with a massive Android tablet and controls even your A/C functions installed and there was only one shop that would do it and i called every shop in town. They not only did a great job and did it for a very reasonable price. They also avoided upselling me things I did or didn't maybe need. They also knew about the company I bought my radio from inside and out they were very knowledgeable and very friendly and were in business to make people happy and the money to be made was just a bonus for them. About 6 hours into doing my own alarm install in my Jeep I realized i was in over my head. I went in and Vaje knew i was willing to pay him to finish, but he went out of his way, stopped what he was doing to show me how to finish the job myself since I was so close. After another days work i got it installed properly thanks to him. This is by far the best customer service I've ever had at a small shop and I would give Vaje and Pacific Audio 10 stars if I could.
