Papa Johns Pizza — Local services in Citrus Park

Disrespected my husband a war hero disabled veteran the store manager and associate for on truthful they have no communication the manage of food was unhealthy they were touching the food without washing their hand while they were managing money on sanitizing they gave the wrong order and when we called to tell them or it was wrong they promised they were going to give it correct order and delivered to us an hour and a half later they said they couldn't the manager got nasty and a hour later she didn't reply or call back I called again the other manager assistant manager she said they voided transaction did not reply and said that she didn't care full corporate or talk to the owner that he would be there at 10:00 in the morning untrustworthy corporate never again should anybody by here any type of food associated and managers need better training better communication and have fair to trust for anybody to keep working here in the store should be shut down completely and the department of health should be investigating this store from the store managers to all the assistant manager need better people skills because everything that's going on in the world with the pandemic and people not having a job they need to hire better associates and better management that want to work again the department of health need to shut...

BEWARE: DO NOT EAT HERE! This place is extremely unsanitary and flat-out disgusting and disturbing. There were men not in uniform with dirty t-shirts on and their very large guts hanging out that they were scratching with bare hands as they made the pizza. Only the guy ringing me up had on a uniform and was extremely rude and slow. He messed up my order twice and was not apologetic at all but rather made excuses, blaming me for why he was confused. There was dirt and dead bugs in the corners of the store and again just people with dirty shoes and dirty clothes who I saw working on their broken down car out front, coming in and unloading supplies to this location in the cooking area. After the guy sneezed directly on a pizza he was making, I canceled my order, and when asked for my money back, they became very aggressive and rude then made me wait 10 minutes and were refusing until I threatened to report them. Thank God I saw what was going on here because if I had just picked up sight unseen, I might have eaten this unhygienic pizza. As I left, I saw them eating my pizza that I canceled. I'll be reporting this location to the Papa John's franchise because they need to maintain basic health standards or else it will ruin their brand. I personally won't be ordering Papa John's again...

Terrible customer service. Handled money payment and then proceeded to make a pizza without washing their hands or putting on gloves. When I confronted the staff member, her response was " your are right ". This was only the beginning. When I got home, I realized that they had gotten my order wrong. When I called and talked to the manager and complained, she disrespected me and told me that I would have to come back to the store together another pizza even though they have a delivery service. I explained that I am a disabled veteran and that I was unable to come back to their store. She stated that she would deliver it. I waited for almost two hours and no pizza .when I called back a new manager on duty stated that the previous manager had canceled the order. This infuriated me because I had paid cash for for a pizza I didn't receive Stay away this papa John, they have more unsatisfactory reviews...
