My husband was advised by a reputable astrologer to wear an emerald ring. We knew immediately who to contact - our friends at Malani Jewelers in Tampa.
We have purchased jewelry from Malani at their locations in Atlanta and Dallas, however, the superior level of customer service we have always experienced with Shawn and his team in Tampa just can’t be beat. This recent experience with the emerald ring was perfect from the initial phone call. Shawn is always generous with his time and asks the right questions to ensure an excellent end result with a custom made piece.
We purchased the stone based on the selection on the Malani website. The stone was then set in a gold ring made to fit my husband’s finger as “prescribed” by the astrologer. Shawn took care of all the details regarding the style, the size and the time it would take to have it made. Shawn is clear about the price and asks for approval before getting started on the work. There are never any hidden charges with Malani. We received the ring today and are truly impressed with how classy the ring turned out! The best part of all this is that we don’t live in Tampa anymore so the entire process was handled over the phone via conversation and texting.
If you’re in need of exquisite, beautifully crafted gold jewelry, you won’t find a better place than Malani. Their craftsmanship, expertise, sincere customer satisfaction and professionalism is the best we have ever experienced.
Thank you Shawn and team for yet another 10 star job exceptionally...
Read moreI am actively looking for my wife a birthday which is coming up in a week. The problem is…my wife prefers 22k to 24k gold over 18 and below due to having a reactions past based on what’s mixed in the gold. I have been in countless jewelry shops around world which include Indian based jewelry stores. I say that for a reason. I have to say that I have never experienced this before. Me and my two sons wait for the door to be unlocked and when walking in we are stopped by security asking if I have ID to show him. I found this as strange due to the fact that I’ve never been asked for ID. Ever! Maybe to hold jewelry but never to get in. My son said that the security held the door closed when my son tried to open the door and may even have push his hand away from the door. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my entire life. And I’m not trying to go down the route of saying that we were being prejudged but…I’ll say that based on the clientele that comes in. We don’t exactly look like them. My question is. Is EVERY customer stopped at the door by security(security holding the door shut) and then being informed that they would need to show identification in order to get into the business? If this is true then I am mistaken in my assumption. This seems to me to be a violation of...
Read moreMy wife and I have now been to both the Atlanta and Tampa locations and I must say that I don’t think we will ever purchase yellow gold jewelry from anywhere else. The staff is always so kind and helpful. We never feel pressured or treated like our business isn’t valued no matter how small or affordable the items we are shopping for are. We even showed up to the Tampa location after a long, hot day at busch gardens looking, and probably smelling, like absolute bums, but as usual were treated with respect and kindness. We also always leave feeling like we got a great deal and Sean gave us a very fair price and was so kind and professional. They even gave my wife a gift with the purchase (a nice travel jewelry case I believe) even though we were recently given a gift at the other location, and we didn’t spend all that much on either purchase. The necklace/pendant came in a beautiful little box, as well. I honestly can’t recommend Malani highly enough. We are customers for life and wish the folks at Malani all the best. I almost forgot to mention how much we love the quality of the merchandise here. They have such beautiful, intricate, and unique pieces available and every time we walk in we want to get remarried and have an Indian wedding. Thank...
