Pit Stop Pub — Restaurant in Florida

I was very happy with this bar for a while, I even previously posted a 5 star positive review. The karaoke was fun and I have had many many fun Friday nights at the Pitstop 🎤. Mickey and Jess are awesome fun bartenders. Larry is a fun Karaoke host. I was very satisfied until I made the mistake of going on a Saturday at noon before the Kane Brown concert with friends. I sadly encountered the day bartender Stefanie. Stefanie screams at patrons, very rude, begged my friends for shots when they were buying us rounds. Customers should not have to say no 3 times to a bartender, this made my friends uncomfortable so they asked to leave. This bartender seemed strung out on something, and she complained about my tip. I gave the bar one more try last Thursday at 730pm for trivia night. Not expecting the day time bartender to be on shift. I walked in and immediately I was greeted with a rude stern attitude from this Stefanie, I felt so uncomfortable I turned and walked out. went in with a girlfriend of mine, sat at the bar, & got ignored for almost 5 minutes (while the bartenders were AT the bar) as some guy who was also there proceeded to tell us we should probably leave because there’s no real liquor here. we were gonna drinks beers anyway but the combination of being ignored, being told that everything is wine based & we “won’t want it”, plus the putrid smell of cigarettes that stained our clothes and left me coughing like a cat with a hairball - it was way past time to go. of course, as we left the bartenders then and only then spoke. but honey, it was too late at that point!...

The only place in town with indoor smoking! Yep, you heard that right! We were pleasantly surprised. It’s in a plaza, very “neighborly” kind of feel to it.

The bartenders are very nice and friendly. You definitely feel welcomed. Also, there’s a pool table for those that enjoy the game.

Oh and karaoke, but I didn’t torture anyone with my talent - or lack there of.
