Pizzamore — Restaurant in Florida

1 star is too much, this place use to be my favorite pizza, 2 days ago april 11, as usual I made a call for an order to pick up on my way home, the guy on the phone couldn't understand me, he speak Spanish and I don't, so he asked me to come over. Once there I did find a latino couple!!! I used Google translate to communicate with them, I found out they are a new owners, the menu i use to order from has changed, there is no 16in no more,only 10 and 14in, the prices went up, still i gave it a shot, i was told they will make me 2 special ones, I was really exited......, really!!!!! When I got home I did open both boxes, I don't know how to describe them, pictures are attached, my family couldn't eat them, tasteless, wet ....this is not a pizza and very far from being special. I'm starting out to trust these reviews because this place had high rating so we decided to check it out. First understand that this is not a typical New York style pizza. This is a South American style pizza and burger which I wish I knew beforehand. We tried the pizza and the burgers and they were both disgusting and we threw them out and left. The pizza was like those little 10 in frozen pizzas that come on cardboard for $1.50 and the burger for me with cheap low quality Taco Bell meat and hard stale bread. If you are a New York style pizza guy or like good quality cheeseburgers and Don't waste your time and money 100%. This place is a hidden gem. Every time I order here I am completely satisfied. The biggest surprise is the Cuban sandwich. I couldn't believe how good it was. I knew the pizza was good but wanted to try something different. A Cuban sandwich at an Italian place was definitely different but it was such a good choice. The bread was buttery and had the perfect char. It was traditional with no lettuce or tomato. The pickles seemed marinated because they were slightly sweet.
