KFC — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

This KFC location is not that great at all. The last vist i had with this establishment was horrible. The front glass of the building states $20 fill up alright i want that. When i get to the drive through the individual inside the establishment says that promotion doesent start until tommarrow. When i asked about the sign they stated they put it up in advance so its done and they cant give me the price stated because it isent a current promotion.

After contacting the district manager for the non sense they refund the difference that I incurred to still get the same product. The food is hit or miss in my opion sometimes it is good and sometimes that food is bad. I previously has an order of chicken tenders for my son and they weren’t even edible. IF YOU WANT TO EAT A DELICIOUS CHICKEN WITH HAIR THIS IS THE PLACE, we order a meal and one of the chicken (breast) have a hair, we aproach very gentle in a lower voice so others don’t listen and the answer from the employee was that they all have hairnets (when he was with dreadlocks and no hat) and that if I don’t show him the hair how he knows. So long story short they didn’t change the chicken at least the breast and when we call corporate they didn’t do nothing about it either and this companies keep getting richer everyday, we have to work hard for our money and when we want to eat out for any reason we have to make sacrifices sometimes to enjoy a dinner out, until we keep supporting them and not making our voices heard the bureaucracy of the richest including government will continue to squeezing us when they just got more and more $$$$ for...

I don't usually post reviews for fast food stores. However, I felt that THIS KFC location should receive a well earned great review. I didn't realize that I had shown up 5 minutes before closing, AND I had a rather large order (they don't usually have much food left at closing time) so, they had to cook it ALL. I apologized, they told me "not a problem, but its going to take about 20 minutes" he offered me a free drink while I waited, after closing. NOT ONCE did a see a single employee complain or give me attitude for making them ALL stay late. They handled it like it was an order in the middle of the day. My order was perfect!
