DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER! My son and his family ordered flowers for me for Mother's day through a third party website (I'm not sure what one) but this is the florist they used to fill the order. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, 5/13/23 and were not delivered until Monday afternoon of 5/15. They were left on my porch because nobody was home (all at work, hence wanting a Saturday delivery). I did receive a call letting me know that a delivery was made to my address and that the flowers were left on the porch "because it was such a nice day out they will be fine". I arrived home 2 hours later and they were laying tipped over without any water on my front porch. It was a flat backed arrangement in a vase so of course it tipped over to the front of the arrangement. Everything was crushed and there were several broken stems. Once I brought them into the house and put some water in the vase and tried to fix the arrangement I realized how awful it was. Almost all filler flowers and the roses that were in it had seen better days. I really hoped that my son had not paid a lot of money for them because of how awful they were. I wasn't going to say anything to them because I didn't want them to feel bad but the more I looked at the sorry excuse for an arrangement I knew I needed to mention it to him so he could get a refund. When I called and spoke to my daughter-in-law she said they paid over $100 for the arrangement! I sent her the pictures I had taken and she was livid. She called the shop to complain. She said the woman she spoke to was very apologetic and said they would have a new arrangement delivered that day after 4:30 when I would be home so nothing would need to be left. She also said that she was pretty sure she wasn't the first to call & complain. Surprise, surprise! The arrangement they replaced it with was worse than the first one. I could have bought a $10 bouquet at the grocery store that was nicer. It was 1 rose and the rest was fillers. It looked like they swept the floor and put it in the vase. The two arrangements together were not worth a fraction of what they paid for the arrangement!! I'll repeat it - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLOWER SHOP!!! I don’t even know where to begin…. we ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day to be delivered on Sunday, 5/9.
-Sunday evening around 5PM I realized they weren’t delivered since I didn’t hear from my mom. I called the flower shop and they said that they were delivered to a different address. The address that they said was on the receipt but clearly was not right because I was looking at the order receipt. (luckily the incorrect house they were delivered to called the shop to let them know and they picked them back up.) Ken told me multiple calls were made to let us know of this error…. NO CALLS WERE MADE, and NO VOICEMAILS WERE LEFT.
-They ended up sending someone to the correct address this time to deliver flowers, but this time not the correct flowers we ordered. Yet again another call was placed on Monday afternoon and we were assured the correct order was out for delivery. Monday comes and goes and no flowers… you get it, another call made another excuse. The person we spoke to stated they didn’t know if the correct flowers were on the delivery vehicle, but they usually work till 8PM. And if not delivered we can call back and ask for a refund. Sure enough they were not delivered.
-Here we are this Tuesday morning, calls were placed to them where basically somehow this is our fault for, them delivering the flowers to the incorrect address and secondly for them not being the correct flowers. Now, if we’d like the correct flowers, my mother can take time out of her day to drive to the flower shop for them to correct. Well, Ken I’m not in the Binghamton area and I don’t think my mom should have to go to the shop and pick up the correct flowers when this wasn’t even her mistake.
I completely understand that Mother’s Day is very busy for flower shops. But not once did we get an apology for any of the mistakes, nor was anyone on the same page with the information that was being communicated to us. And the lack of professionalism on the phone was astounding. On more than one occasion, we were hung up on because the shop did not want to hear what we had to say
The moral of this story is if I had read the FB/Google reviews I would’ve ordered from somewhere else.

Read moreMy daughter had flowers sent to me for Mother’s Day and paid good money for an arrangement plus 15.00 delivery charge. When she saw what that had delivered to me she was furious! Not at all what she thought she was getting for the price. She called the shop and was treated very rudely by 2 people. Not at all apologetic or willing to make it right in a timely fashion instead was told after paying 15.00 delivery she could bring it back on Wednesday and get another one!! Unbelievable. Will never order flowers from there again.
UPDATED 5/14/24 Well, unfortunately, my daughter ordered from this place again forgetting that she had already had a bad experience with them a few years back. So she ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for me and she paid roughly $90 and when her fiancé went to pick up the arrangement, it was nothing like what it was supposed to be. There were none of the flowers in it that were supposed to be so she had her fiancé take it back. They redid it, but still did not look like what it was supposed to. They put past their prime flowers in the arrangement. Roses that are already turning brown, lilies that have been opened for probably over a week. I know this from experience by having had arrangements with lilies in them. One of the lilies is missing a pedal and you can tell that they are way past their prime. I don’t know how this florist gets away with giving the arrangements and the flowers that they do. It’s astounding. Someone pays that much money for flowers and you get flowers that are past their peak already and turning brown! I don’t know why she ordered from there again, I think she was giving them another chance, but if you want a beautifully done floral arrangement with fresh flowers and something that looks like what you ordered do not go here because you’re not going to get what you pay for. It is beyond unbelievable how they can give people old flowers. It just boggles my mind . On top of it, they aren’t apologetic....
