Extra Space Storage — Local services in City of Glen Cove

First time renting a storage, and seeing Extra storage all the time, and finally deciding to rent one. Called and had conversation with Ben, who’s very professional and so helpful explaining all the details to me, especially after business hours, he’s not rush to hang up the phone to continue helping. Then he referred me to his lovely co-worker Debra to finish up with my booking. Very very nice and professional lady, who’s on top of everything, she’s so kind to go over all the details, and letting us know the progress. The staff at Extra Sapce in Glen Cove is extremely helpful and accommodating. They understand times are tough, and want to work with you. Extra Space has a staff of super nice people. Debra is very nice and very pleasant to talk to. I have had my late husbands belongings in this unit for several years and everything is still in excellent condition. I'm very grateful for Extra Space Storage for keeping an eye on my late husbands treasures. I've recommended this facility to several people, and will continue to do so....

Nice facility, AC is amazing, solid security. I’ve been storing every summer w extra space for my dorm stuff for years now and this is my first time at this location. Upon check in I was asked to write a review before even seeing my unit. Still leaving 4 stars because the place and staff are nice, but was pushed multiple times to write a review even after asking “can I do this after I move in?” What am I supposed to review before even moving in and experiencing the location?
