It’s been an absolutely horrible experience. We are told we owe one price we call to make a payment then they come up with another price . They manger or who ever he was got into a screaming match with me , I was simply trying to ask a question and he was hostile and rude . They are suppose to work with you but getting them to work with you if you need to change a payment day is near impossible and then you’re made to feel horrible . My items are nearly paid off but they act like I owe all this money . I called did a two week payment arrangement just to have their delivery people tell me I better have my husband call them .. so he did and the lady looked up our account and had no idea why they said that because we are current on our accounts . I won’t even get into how creepy some of the delivery guys are . After my items are paid off here shortly I will never do business again with them and I will warn people about going to them .. I will say Christine who works here is amazing , she has always been sweet and amazing to work with but everyone else I have worked with there had been rude . When we came into make a payment two of the male employees were trashing a customer after they got off the phone with them in front of all of the customers that were in the store including my young children they things they were saying about that customer were not nice and I am sure it’s probably not the first time they have talked bad openly about customers in front of other customers in the store . This store used to be a pleasure to go into. Lately, they can't keep apointments to either pick up or deliver things. In the past two years they have gone through so much staff that I have no idea who is going to be there when go in. If they miss an appointment they make it look like the appointment was never scheduled or it was a computer error, never their fault. I'm truly tired of these people. If you happen to have an issue with money on a particular month it's very rare that they will work with you. They have advertisements out there that all you need to do is call them, that's not true. I had bought 2 75 inch tvs on Friday approved and a done deal paid the Initial payment and got paperwork. Just got off the phone with general manager Ken today (Monday) and he said because a nameless delivery guy saw my name and said it was a hostile situation 2 -3 years ago when he came to my house I can’t have the tvs. And I can’t buy anything from there with the credit I already have!!! So I called corporate and I’m not impressed!! Why approve me and have me pay down payment on Friday and wait til 3 pm in the afternoon to call when it was supposed to be delivered Tommorow and tell me you can’t deliver to me so your not doing the deal!!!
