Verizon — Local services in City of Hornell

I came into the store with an emergency,my phone wasn't working and the plan that I had does not work well in upstate NY.

Sean and Vince, two of the store's employees, arranged for me to come under Verizon and to swap sim cards into my existing phone. They contacted my previous carrier, and performed the operation that they're supposed to do to swap me over to Verizon. My phone made a phone call out everything worked and I left, asking them to throw out my old SIM card.

As it turns out my previous carrier is completely incompetent, and my phone would not receive incoming phone calls. This was not Sean or Vince's mistake but my old carrier.

At any rate, I ran back to the store and Sean and Vince tirelessly worked to get my phone up and running. They literally had to go into the wastepaper basket to find the little SIM card that I had thrown out so we could get the phone operational through this ridiculous carrier I had previously.

This particular store is about 30 minutes out of my way however; I will be coming back to this store because of these two employees when I upgrade my phones before the end...

I adore Verizon !! They do anything for you !! Anytime I go in there even with the slightest issue for example I needed help changing my lock screen picture I had no idea how too they helped me out !!! They even have a guy that fixes phone screens. Vex technology he charged me only 75$ to changed my apple phone screen completely he changed the glass completely when it was absolutely destroyed like it was so cracked up the screen cut me when I carried it so I wore gloves when bringing it over !!! And he made the screen look brand new !! Hes putting a screen protector on Friday!! These guys are incredible! Highly highly...

I signed up for a promo plan for 5 free phones and instead was signed up for another plan charged extra activation fees. And then told I can't have the free phones unless we change our phone numbers. I go to call customer service and they tell me theyll fix things and don't or they tell me they can't do anything that it's the stores fault and that I should have gone threw a corporate store and not a retailer that doesn't know what they are doing. I've been stressed out trying to fix this for over a month now and it's still not resolved. I will say the workers were nice , but unable to help or fix anything...
