Really unwelcoming place. Walked in with a friend to check it out on a winter day and everything in there was incredibly overpriced - a dented plastic globe for around $90 for example. On our way out we were stared down by the clerk, who followed us to the door and took down our license plate number. We had our hands in our pockets the entire time except to take a dumdum lolipop from where they were offered.
Awful example of gentrification in a beautiful town. I will not support this place and I suggest you don't either.
RESPONSE TO THE REPLY:
That's ridiculous. We were masked because it's a PANDEMIC and we don't want COVID. Hood on because it was a cold and SNOWY DAY. We made a beeline for the door because there was strong incense burning and giving me a headache, even with the mask on.
Please don't profile people like that, it's really weird...

This was a really awesome antique/vintage space with lots of vendors. Really cool selection of books, records, clothing, memorabilia, trinkets, etc - all the best parts of a flea market without having to be in the sun! I ended up buying several old polaroids of somebody's cat from the 60s that totally didn't make me tear up in the shop. Anyway, really great customer service, too. Would definitely...
Read moreRed Owl Collective is such a gem in Kingston. It’s not just a vintage shop—it’s a whole collection of vendors under one roof, each bringing their own style and treasures. The space is beautifully curated, with everything from clothing and accessories to home goods and art.
What I loved most is the variety—you can wander through and always discover something unexpected, whether it’s a rare find, a piece with history, or something that just feels right for your home or wardrobe. The vibe is creative and welcoming, and you can tell the vendors really care about what they bring into the space.
It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger and explore every corner. Definitely worth a stop if you’re...
