I have come to this Tim Horton's very often for coffee over the past year. The quality of service has deteriorated regularly. My most recent visit put it in perspective. Entering the drive-thru line, already cars were moving excruciatingly slowly. By the time I reached the window, cars were backed up onto the street. The window was open (when it wasn't supposed to be), so I was able to observe the back stations for some time while I waited. There was exactly one person who was even vaguely acting like they were aware they had a line onto the street- while working food (bagels, etc). The other five or so employees floating around the kitchen seemed completely unaffected by the rush. One of them was taking a long time to make a Refresher, even getting leisurely help from their manager. It was only after the cap was on and they were taking a drink that I realized it wasn't even one of the orders they were lagging behind on horribly; they were making it for themselves and ignoring the flashing screen of drinks waiting to be made. It seemed as though almost every employee was observing the food station getting more and more backed up without attempting in any way to help. None of them seemed aware of how badly their times were (from placing order to receiving food was more than fifteen minutes). The lack of caring I have received from these employees, some of which I have specifically complained about in the past, and seeing them still employed with the same issues says too much. I'll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere, no matter how convenient it is to be just...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. From the moment I walked in, things just didn’t go well. The customer service was awful — the staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. I waited nearly half an hour for my food, which is completely unacceptable, especially when the place wasn’t even that busy.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the store was seriously lacking. When I went to order some donuts, I noticed fruit flies hovering around them. It was disgusting and made me question how well they maintain their food and overall hygiene. If you ever do go here, I strongly recommend checking your food before eating it.
Another issue is the inconvenience of getting there. Even though it’s accessible by transit, the wait times for buses in the area can be long, making the trip feel even more frustrating when the experience at the store isn’t worth it.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find another location instead. The service and cleanliness are bound to be better elsewhere. This place definitely needs to step up its game. Until they make some major improvements, I...
Read moreThis would be a 0 if I could. Customer service sucks. 90% the time the staff are rude both younger and older. When they tell you to hold on while at the speaker they leave the mic on and here them just chit chatting with other staff, swearing or complaining about customers. When it comes to the food and drinks....it is never made right at all. You could order the same thing everyday and it will be made differently than the day before. When you tell people about how your order was made wrong or how long you wait in line ( longest I’ve been in line was over 30 mins ), people know exactly what Tim Hortons you are talking about which is very sad. The only nice thing I can say about this place is there is one guy, just one guy, that is super nice and very pleasant to customers. I go 5 mins out of my way to go to the other Tim Hortons up Transit rd. It’s a little father drive and I may have to wait a tab bit more but the employees are 1,000 times nicer and orders are very very rarely messed up.
Also......they take forever to answer the speaker. Longest I’ve...
