Niagara Falls Ice Pavilion — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

While visiting this rink last weekend I saw MANY Health and Safety violations. From a cat living in the rink to fire exits at the rear of rink 2 blocked by garbage and old discarded arena equipment to the refrigeration room door left propped open with a hockey stick. Also the zamboni operator(s) driving far to fast in order to provide quality SAFE ice. This rink would be really nice if someone actually took time to clean and take pride in the facility. Better have a serious staff meeting to address said issues before something bad happens and you're all held...

They never ever answer the phone for 1 I mean this place was supposed to be for the residents of n.f but yet it's never open to the public they always have some team that rents the ice or a competition it's ridiculous I've tried goin there over a dozen times an have only been able to skate once ITS B.S you want these kids off the streets THEN GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO DO! make it accessible to the ppl that actually paid for it !! There's plenty of ice rinks teams...

Rink 1 is very nice and you can turn on the heaters when you get cold, but if you sit at the end of the bleachers there is a fan that blows cold air on you. Rink 2 is kind of dark with most of the seats at the end of one side. The seats on the side are short and high off the floor, so I felt like I was going to fall off. A small pro shop is available and there is a dining area and bar. My son says that the ice is just OK and the locker rooms are small...
