I'd give a 5 for service. The 3 star is from their no cash back policy,but they won't guarantee their sneakers. I asked if I sent them to an authentication company AFTER purchasing and they came back fake,could I get a full return and was told "no,we get them directly from Nike,so I know they're real my friend" but that's not a guarantee to me. Edit to your reply... Who mentioned eBay? You all refuse to authenticate or give a cash back if found fake. IDC if the president himself shops there's.. guarantee your product or don't try and charge stock x prices and more!!! Professionalism goes a long way I was in your store and ready to buy the Travis Scott's but they look "off" so I asked about authentication and was given a response that made me leave and not spend $575+

Edit to my review from 3 star to ZERO star. They sold me fake Jordan for red 3's that literally ripped apart today when my girl put them on. VERY SHADY BUSINESS WITH ZERO RETURN POLICY BECAUSE THEYRE KNOWINGLY BUYING FAKE SNEAKERS AND SELLING THEM AS AUTHENTIC!! AND THEN CLAIMING TO HAVE LICENSING FROM NIKE,JORDAN ETC TO LEGALLY SELL THE REAL PRODUCTS WHEN IN FACT,THEY DO NOT!!!! Never worn until tried on today and they're fake as a 3 dollar bill!!

All shoes are fake! Went in a few times to look, and compared some of my real pairs to their pairs and all of them didn’t check out. They are ordering the shoes from China and charging stock x/ market prices! Be very careful and buy elsewhere! These shoes are 1000% fake. Do your research and you will see for yourself, almost lost $350 here for a fake shoe that costs maybe 60-70...

me and my step-brother kun have been coming in lately and they always have the best selection🥺🥺!!!! i love their shoes and clothes and they always have them at great prices. the customer service is great aswell. i highly recommend...
