THEY TREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP HERE!!!!!!
I worked at this store for one shift. The shift manager that interviewed me, Courtney, made me wait almost an hour for my interview, that rigjt away should have been a huge red flag, but i didnt say anything and waited patiently . When she finally got to me , she basically took my name number my last job and said oh ill have someone call you. She called me back later that night told me to start on Friday, 7-25
On Friday 7-25 i get there at 230 ( i had gotten out early from my first job that day ) and was going to do new hire paperwork before i started. While i waited i listended to the employees say how horrible of a boss the store manager is and what a piece of expletive the night shift manager is. When the night shift manager finally showed up i got to listen to the employees and that shift manager argue very loudly back and forth .
Finally at 5 i was able to start. They put me on veggie station . Which i was cool with, i struggled at first but was getting the hang of it,. The shift manager then yelled at me for not cashing a customer out, " you have to cash them out when youre done" but im not trained on register , this is my very first day. she basically expectted me to know how to work the register right off the bat , where each button is, etc.
Then the other employee ( not the shift manager ) left to go to another store to grab stuff. His car ended up dying. THE SHIFT MANAGER, COURTNEY LEFT ME BY MYSELF ON MY VERY FIRST DAY FOR 20 MINUTES. I had Door Dash orders flying in, and had customers who were getting angry with me because they wanted hot food, even though I told them this was my very first day and i didnt know how to make anything. I can do cold but thats it,
When the shift manager and the other worker returned they got angry with me becuase nothing was done and they were behind on tickets. Even though it was thier fault for leaving me by myself on my first day. They bumped me out of the way to do everything themselves becuase they were backed up ( again because they left me by myself) then sent me to do dishes like its some sort of punishment for me.
That put a seriously bad taste in my mouth and i ended up quitting and not going back the next day. I tried calling the store manager hes never there and does not asnwer his cell. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE OFFFICE TO COMPLAIN!!

Read moreI called and ordered food today at 11:05 for pick up 40 minutes later. My fiancé picked it up and brought it home not only was our food cold it was not toasted like asked. My children’s pizza still had dough in it. I called and talked to the manager who was extremly rude. She was blonde. I told her what had happened and she was ready to argue instead of make it right. I called corporate and will be calling the better business bureau. I recorded everything. She yelled at me on the phone and said “what do you want me to deliver it to you” so I had to wait to feed my family until I could drive back and bring her the food. I literally stretched the dough in my hands and she took it all with an attitude and through it away. Then went behind the wall and talked junk with the other lady. Then came out 5 mins later and she refused to remake my food and the other lady had to. They refused to double toast because it costed extra and I didn’t have my card at that point. Again I recorded the whole interaction. My family comes there once a week and we’re done. Never will we return to this location again. How sad. I work in fast food as a manager and never do you argue with a customer or treat them like that. We will be posting the video to Facebook in hopes people don’t come to that...
Read morePlace is good during the day when they have there employee's working that actually care! Go there past 8pm and it's young kids that could care less about the customer. Place is always filthy past 8pm, workers always have attitudes, and this was my 5th time in the past 3 months I've gone in after 8pm and been told there either out of bread or only have 1 kind of bread "wheat". How is this possible for a sub shop that closes at 11pm every night? It's possible when the employees only care about sitting on there phone doing nothing all night. They must think hey no bread and we can get paid to be on our phone! I even said I would wait the 15min and the employee came up with another excuse! Management needs to do...
