Hong Kong Kitchen — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

I have been ordering from this restaurant for 2 years using qMenu. I live half a block from their business. Yesterday I placed an order for 2 items. I did not eat a lot of what I had ordered. Today I heated some of the leftovers. In my leftovers was a long black hair. I live alone and have short brown hair. I called the restaurant, and explained the situation. I was asked why I didn't call about this yesterday when I ordered the meal. I explained that I was having the leftovers. The person on the phone explained this to someone else and they wanted me to bring the hair in along with the leftovers. I told them that I had thrown the hair out and that I did not appreciate their response. I also stated that I have been ordering food for over 2 years and this was the first time I had ever had a problem. I informed the person on the phone that I did not like the way they responded, and told them that I will NEVER spend any more money in their restaurant again. Be very wary of this place of business if you have any issues. I have spent a great deal of money there and they know my address. Those questions were never asked. I think they underestimated the value of the hundreds of dollars I have spent. NEVER again. Michael's and the Como would NEVER respond this way. Neither would Mr. B's. So no more...

We are in our mid 50s and fluffy. We are not picky. This was truly the worst dinner we've ever had delivered, a $60 mistake! Due to dietary restrictions, one of us ordered their diet chicken which was steamed vegetables and chicken with sauce on the side. The other party got spare ribs and Hunan chicken. Neither of us could eat the chicken.

I can't even begin to describe the texture. They must pound it for quick cooking, but this was practically gelatinous and fell apart. The veggies were in a half inch of condensation/water and were soggy. The chicken in the Hunan chicken was like the steamed, but were also gristly, fatty pieces. The brown sauce was very oily and had a bitter taste. The General Tso's sauce we got on the side was okay. We ate the ribs, some rice, and some of the veggies, but the awful chicken was unceremoniously put down the disposer.

This use to be my favorite Chinese restaurant but they fell completely off. I went yesterday and got 3 egg rolls and beef fried rice. I tried to order something simple and when I tell you the vegetable egg rolls were mushy, didn’t taste fresh, I wasted the egg rolls squeezing all the insides out because it looked grey and mushy. So basically I wasted my money on the egg rolls. Then I ordered beef fried rice. The beef taste so chewy and the rice has no flavor at all. I will not be returning back here I gotta find me a new spot. The restaurants seem to not care more and more these days. Don’t go to the restaurant unless you want to waste your money...
