Pho Golden — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

Pho Golden, a new Vietnamese restaurant has come to Niagara Falls, NY! The restaurant opened at the beginning of Sept. 2017. They offer excellent food at reasonable prices! I have ordered 5 times from them, 3 take out and two deliveries. I haven't dined in the restaurant yet. I enjoyed Cha Gio, Fried Vietnamese Egg Rolls (3 in an order) with Fish Sauce, ordered 5 times. These were absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed Goi Cuon, Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls (2 in an order) served with peanut sauce, ordered 5 times. These come in your choice of chicken, pork or shrimp. And I also absolutely loved Banh Mi Thit Bo Nuong, Grilled Beef Sandwich, ordered 2 times. This sandwich comes on a 6" baguette that has been brushed with butter and lightly toasted, with 4 or 5 slices of grilled beef, julienned cucumbers and carrots, a few sprigs of cilantro, and a light drizzle of some type of sauce. They also offer this sandwich in grilled pork and grilled chicken, but I haven't tried those yet. These were all appetizers and not one was over $5.00.

They deliver and are extremely courteous on the phone. They have a paper menu available for take out or delivery. There are 84 items listed, not including beverages, on their menu. Of the 84 dishes on the menu, 32 of them were over $10.00. The menu consists of "Appetizers" (#1 - #17), "Mi & Hu Tieu - Egg & Thin Rice Noodle Soups" (#18 - #22), "Com Dio - Rice Dishes" (#23 - #30) and includes lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled carrots & daikon radish and a side of fish sauce, "Com Chien - Fried Rice Dishes" (#31 - #34), "Pho - Rice Noodle Soup" (#37 - #50) and are served with fresh Thai basil, beansprouts, recao, lime and jalapeno pepper, "Bun - Vermicelli" (#51 - #59) and includes lettuce, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon radish and a side of fish sauce, "Mi Hu Tieu Xao - Stir Fry Dishes" (#60 - #73), "Pho Golden's Specialty Dishes" (#74 - #78), and "Chay - Vegetarian Dishes" (#79 - #84). All of the ingrediants are fresh and the food is hot for either take out or delivery. Restaurant hours are Monday - Saturday 11am to 9pm, and Sunday 11am to 7pm.

Their food is excellent and I look forward to trying other dishes on the menu. I'm really thrilled to have an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant in Niagara Falls, NY. And the fact that they deliver is a bonus! They are so good, they're worth the effort that I put into...

We were in town looking for a different pho spot. Our favorite vietnamese/ chinese restaurant stopped serving vietnamese food and we have been trying different places for their rare beef pho to compare it to the recipe of our old favorite spot. We showed up at 11am when they opened and were promptly greeted and given a menu & water. The server was friendly and to the point which is how we like our service. He checked on us throughout our meal which we appreciated. The place was clean and our server immediately wiped down our table when we were finished. We both ordered the #36 rare beef pho. You can see in the photos what it comes with. I appreciated how quick it came out and how hot it was. The noodles were cooked properly which is something that is tricky to get right with rice noodles. I couldn't give this place a 5 star simply because we both felt the broth was bland and a bit greasy. You can see the grease on top in the picture. It has been excellent every time we've gone there. I have tried chicken pad Thai and vegan pad Thai. I like them both however I did like the chicken pad Thai better. But I love tofu. And there's was good.

My honey bun had gotten what was recommended to him which is the pork and a clay pot. Served with Jasmine rice. I forget what it's called but it was phenomenal. The flavor was explosive.

Everything we have had has been excellent. They have the best pad Thai of anywhere that I have eaten pad Thai. And honestly that's only been one place in Fayetteville Arkansas, one place in Eureka Springs Arkansas, and this place. And I have eaten pad Thai at these places several times except for the one in Eureka. It wasn't all that great to me however this one here takes the cake of every single time I've ever eaten pad Thai.

This is one of my favorite places in this town. The people are wonderful who work there. They are always extremely nice and take care of us and everyone else very well. They are closed on Thursdays. But you can get your grub on every other day of...
