Rapids Bowling Center — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

Sunday night 50¢ games is such an awesome deal and the staff were accommodating and kind, it was the other patrons we had an issue with as well as the food Starting with other patrons, we brought our own bowling stuff, and it isn't exactly cheap to buy a bowling ball, but these girls were placed on the lane next to us and from the minute they got there they were giving us dirty looks for no reason. The one girl mistakenly picks up our bowling stuff and when we say it was ours the other girl became belligerent and wanted to fight saying we didn't have to start anything, even though all we had said was it was our stuff, they were extremely rude and disrespectful.

The food DID taste good and $25 for a half tray of pizza and 20 wings is a great price, the problem was there was VERY little topping and it wasn't cut all the way through, and the chicken wings tasted great but they were so small.

All in all not the worst experience and not the worst, but if you go there on a Sunday for 50¢ games be prepared for anything, the low prices draw out the bad crowds. I don't think I've ever come here to play the lanes but I've definitely came here to have a few drinks at the bar, and if your looking for a great crowd and friendly people, I'd come here! Saturday nights they have karaoke. There's a lot of regular karaoke singers who come every week and sing the same song, but it's a lot of fun.

The little menu that they do offer is inviting, appetizers - the pretzels with cheese are my favorite - , they also have subs, wings, chicken fingers. I ended up taking a half tray of pizza for takeout last time. It was OK, nothing special, I felt like the dough itself could have been cooked a little bit more. Holy toppings! They smother them on top, which could also be the reason the dough wasn't cooked enough. I also didn't realize it was going to be that big! Definitely can share share share!!

Last night we had a bad experience here. We went with another family at 530. When we arrived only about 6 of the lanes were being used. When we got up to the counter the girl and women behind the desk barely acknowledged us, asked if we had a reservation and said oh no we are all booked until 830. All we wanted to do was play one or two games. They made no attempt to fit us in or give us a time limit to play. They just turned back to their phones and ignored us. After sitting there for 15 minutes longer trying to figure out what we would do now with our kids, a majority of the lanes were still empty, still only 6 were being used. The laziness of the staff lost this company about 150 dollars last night. We will not...
