Drain motor broke, drove over a hour away to get a new one, brought the old part with us to compare it with the new, she told us it was the same part. The fan itself had 4 blades (old one has 3) and fan was much bigger. Brought it back to get the right one this time and instead of switching it out for the right one she didn’t want nothing to do with it anymore she started the refund to my card instead.
