Apres ski dinner atThe Hideaway Grill, and its still as excellent as ever! Funny story, but we tried to get into the Texas Roadhouse first tonight, but faced with an hour and a half wait, we decided to upscale a bit and the the kids to the Hideaway. Good choice. But anyhow, the owner stopped and asked if we had come from the Texas Roadhouse. Apparently a couple from Toronto heard us leaving, and followed us here, so they said that they overheard the recommendation and they too were super happy with their dinners. Surf and Turf, Chicken Milanese, Strip Steak Sandwich with a Gorgonzola and sausage stuffed pepper, Famous BBQ ribs, French Onion, seafood bisque, chocolate and vanilla mousse in a chocolate heart cup, banana cream pie, tuxedo cake, coconut cream pie. Definitely one of my favorite places, and haven't been here in too long. They have some great Valentines specials too, if you haven't made plans yet. I'm thinking of coming back myself. Also have a great lunch menu and bar foods too. The salad on top of the Chicken Milanese was some greens, and notably some arugula, tomatoes onions, fresh mozzarella and shaved parmesan in balsamic vinaigrette amd the chicken was crispy and delicious. Ribs here have been a long time favorite, and Michael loved his first lobster tail ever, and said the parnesan and garlic crusted cauliflower was the best thing that he ever ate. The coconut cream pie is an award winner. For good reason, and the chocolate and vanilla mousse in a thick chocolate cup was delicious and decadent. (And I snuck a takeout pie...

This used to be the spot for us, but after the expansion it was quite the same. We decided to go check it out again. The thing that resonates with this Vist was the service just being awful and at times rude. I wanted the stuffed banana peppers but not a whole order. They have a steak you can top with a stuffed pepper so I thought perfect. I asked the server if the come the same way as the regular order, with the cheese melted on them ect. She responds NO there is no cheese on the peppers. I said it's on the menu that way and she responds NO there is no cheese. (The menu says there is). Whatever I order it and a app of calamari.. the calamari came out and more or less was alive or could be considered sushi. The breading was not even set it was just sliding off. Just bad...I ask them to re fire this and cook it please. Our food comes the steak was very good but guess what the pepper had lots of cheese melted on it. SHE CLEARLY DOSE NOT KNOW HER MENU. The calamari came back cooked and it was good. But after that we never seen her again for drinks ect. We finish our food and my wife says she is going next door to grab some thing from rite aid across the street... She manages to go to rite aid and shop...come back and our bill was still not processed...it was crazy. The food can be good but the service...

Ok ..party of 13, reservation for 7...didn't eat until well after 8, probably more around 9pm. I get it was going to take time but why give us 2 waitresses if it didn't make our food come faster. There was confusion between servers ALTHOUGH VERY NICE..clueless. Took orders, after we were done with apps....server came out to inform us they were out of the 10oz special prime rib, only had enough 14oz to serve those who already ordered it, and oh BTW we're out of ribs too...not much choice left for your meat eaters....complaints that went around, cooled soup appetizer, under cooked fillet, order of asparagus came back as broccoli, under cooked baked potatoes, 1 of the steaks was more grizzle than meat, salad made someone sick, over priced, didn't keep up with drink refills(probably would have sub-dued the crowd), felt like we were limited on bread and butter...a good portion knew someone who worked there, yet we've all agreed never to return...oh but thanks for comping some drinks, not everyone got one and they took away a customers option to express disappointment by AUTOMATICALLY adding 18% gratuity, and have the never to leave space for "additional tip"...I'm a very generous tipper with good service and food but sorry if u suck u suck...In the end over priced for service, food, and over...

Wonderful little romantic place!! Food was delicious. We ordered two filets. I ordered the blue cheese walnut crusted filet and my partner ordered plain filet. I liked the plain filet better than mine but both were so delicious!! The walnut crusted could have benefited from a sweet element. Caesar salad was perfect amount of dressing (I prefer mine on the lighter side) and tasty, fresh, real baked bread croutons. The mashed potatoes were a little underwhelming. I ended up adding leftover butter from the bread and salt to mine. I also ordered a glass of red wine and it was quite tasty!! Not too dry, not too sweet & just a perfect pairing with the meal. The bread and honey butter were also amazing. They have won my service and I would definitely go back to try any other of the many appetizing and tempting items on their menu! 👍🏻😁😎

I don't think the calamary is in season now, it was just ok, small and not crispy, but the burger and blackened catfish were great. The fish was soft and moist, good flavor. The coconut pie was amazing, not too sweet at all, I was so happy. As an Asain I don't Iike much of American dessert bcz most of them are too sweet, but this coconut pie was exactly what's I am looking for after a good dinner as a treat! Must try!!! Waitress was nice, she was attentive, and polite.. The hostess and bartender joked and played with my son, love the atmosphere!
