I don't ever complain about bad or poor service unless its absolutely inexcusable. I wish you could give no stars because that's how ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE this location is. I went through the drive thru & ordered a med & LG coffee for roll up the rim. I was never given a total, just told pull up. I was given a game cup & a regular cup so I asked for a game cup but was told LG wasn't available which should've been mentioned but I asked for a medium game cup which other location do without even having to ask. I was told no. Just so completely unprofessional and worse part was my LG latte was filled barely halfway. I had to go back after getting halfway home to ask can she fill it all the way which I recieved major attitude as if I'm the one who messed all this up. She made a latte in a new cup & filled my cup with the rest then walked away saying nothing to me to attend to the drive thru with more attitude. I asked for her name & she told me she can't give me her name. This was by far the worse customer service I've EVER experienced anywhere. I called the store to ask her name again & was hung up on. As we encountered a rude behaviour from a staff member (a lady wearing head covering ) wanna say sorry for my description as I forgot her name her name tag is not that seen and it was got covered from her head cover who spoke unprofessionally to both the customers and her colleague, name Ali. Ali is polite while taking the order. However, the rude staff member interrupted Ali, raised her voice, and roughly grabbed the computer for taking the order during payment. She asked me what kind of card I’m using When I explained that I'm using a card from Canada, the staff member questioned it rudely. Read moreI have been to this location twice. The first visit is the only reason that I gave 2 stars as the ladies working were nice. Today I went to this location for a second time, and I should've went to the one on the other end of Colvin Instead. When placing my irder, I was rudely yelled at by the employee takingn my order, because I wanted the 2 for $4 And one with bacon. Because if the attitude I did not place my fill order and only got minimal items. I was willing to let it go until I was yelled at a second time when I pulled up to the window to pay and receive my items. Then when I asked who took my order, I was told, you don't need that information, it doesn't matter and the window was closed before I was able to.finish my sentence.
