We recently had an entire new kitchen installed and we couldn't have had any better experience than we did while working with Peter, Kyle and Josh. Peter and Josh got us started by giving us a tour of the new Raby's Kitchen and Bath Center and followed up by coming to our home to measure and give us all sorts of ideas and options that we could do in our space. We met with Kyle many times as he worked on the computer design. He was so patient and helpful because we wanted to see several different options and he was never bothered by the amount of requests we made. He offered many ideas and one in particular that he really put alot of time into and we love the outcome. He and Josh were always super friendly and super helpful every time we stopped in to the showroom with questions or to pick up samples. We recently completely gutted and renovated our kitchen. We bought all of our cabinets from Raby's and it was a great experience. Kyle and Chelsea were knowledgeable and patient as they helped us through the design process and the many variations we examined before settling on a final design. The cost was reasonable and better than other places we had checked. Raby's stored our cabinets at their warehouse until our contractor was ready to begin work on our job and that was really helpful to us. There were a couple of defects on the cabinets from the manufacturer and Raby's immediately had replacements ordered and delivered without any additional cost to us. Working with Kyla at Raby’s Ace Home Center for our new kitchen has been and incredible experience. It started while shopping for new cabinets and Raby’s saved us thousands compared to the big box stores we started with. I am a DIYer yet they treated us with the same respect they would give the Pros. When we were undecided on the countertops they encouraged us to shop around, even loaning us a door cover in our color to help us coordinate countertops. In the end they also saved tremendously on them and the installers were true professionals too. We recommended them to friends for their cabinets with similar results.
