The Factoria at Charles Point — Local services in City of Peekskill

Factoria is a hidden gemstone on the Hudson River. Its ambiance cannot be matched. We immediately fell in love with the view and atmosphere during our first visit. The Space is such a unique venue, the exposed brick, industrial black piping and retro bar are not to be overlooked. The restaurant, brewery, and arcade are a huge bonus. We hosted our rehearsal dinner at River Outpost and our bridal party LOVED it! We all played games and had an absolute blast. To us it was an easy decision to choose to have our wedding here. The vibe was right up our alley and we knew our guests would find this place just as magical. Aside from its proximity to the Hudson River, it is also close to a few hotels which made accommodations for our guests even easier! Factoria also only hosts one wedding per day, which made us feel even more special because we weren’t sharing our Chef or Coordinator with anyone else on our big day. Speaking of Coordinators, Megan is an absolute ROCKSTAR! She is also one of the major factors on why we chose to get married at Factoria. She was so organized and thorough from start to finish. She would answer all of our questions promptly, made herself available to meet either in person or by phone and worked with us to make our day perfect. On our wedding day she was calm, collected and kept everything moving and under control seamlessly. If we were stressed, she was fixing it. There was never a problem she couldn’t solve or a family dynamic she couldn’t navigate. The best part is you never saw her sweat it, she’s the greatest. The entire staff at Factoria made us feel so welcomed and cared for the day of our wedding. Everyone was so friendly and if you needed something didn’t hesitate to assist in any way they could. THE FOOD. THE FOOD. THE FOOD. I think we’ll hear about how good the food was at our wedding for the rest of our lives. It’s the best feeling ever. Chef Mike is a master at his craft. We had come to eat at River Outpost prior but once we had our food tasting in March we KNEW our wedding was going to be out of this world. If we had to choose a third reason why we booked Factoria, it’s Chef Mike. The way he and his team care about the food and drinks being made and served here is top tier. Not to mention, he is the most kind and down to earth dude who just loves to have a good time. It was so important to us for our guests to love our food at our wedding, and they delivered a million times over. Our guests kept asking us how we found this place and we kept just saying, ‘Google?’ We hope other couples read this review and feel inspired to visit Factoria. This venue has EVERYTHING, beautiful location, exceptional staff and out of this world food. We can’t wait to visit as a married couple and reminisce about our wedding with the people who helped make it happen.

My husband and I had both worked in wedding catering halls through college and knew we wanted a different experience than just your average catering hall. It didn't take us long to find The Factoria at Charles Point and once we took a tour of the venue we were immediately in awe. This place is unique and special - when you go you’ll understand what im saying! We booked our wedding date a month before Covid hit and the team was so helpful with moving our wedding date to almost a full year later. They have a great system of communicating with you through their website/wedding portal that connects to your email and they answered every question I had quickly, with extreme patience and kindness (no matter how many times I asked the same one). They're so helpful with coordinating all the wedding vendors and made it so easy for us to plan this wedding start to finish!

When we had our wedding tasting we were even more blown away than before. Mike is a chef with incredible passion and imagination - you can tell how dedicated he is to his work when he speaks about their food and he is so creative! They put so much thought and energy into picking quality ingredients for their dishes, sourcing from the farms in the area! It was next level, absolutely incredible food and our guests cannot stop raving about how delicious everything was!

On our wedding day the service provided from start to finish was incredible. The staff and management team were on top of every detail, and we honestly went about our entire wedding day without having to think about anything but having an amazing time with our guests. We invited our guests to join us downstairs at the River Outpost Brewery bar and neighboring arcade after our event and it was the afterparty of the century. Our guests loved hanging out together and playing games! It was the perfect end to the evening. If you are looking for a unique experience I encourage you to give The Space at The Factoria at Charles Point a visit and take a tour of The Space. This is becoming a very popular place for the Peekskill area and as soon as you go you will understand why! My husband and I are so thankful to the entire team for EVERYTHING you did to make our wedding day so special and we will cherish the memories we had there forever. We had our wedding at The Factoria at Charles Point in April of 2025 and we can not say enough amazing things about Megan, Brie, Chef Mike, and the entire Factoria staff. The venue was exactly what we were looking for, from the exposed brick to the industrial accents to the view of the river - it created a warm and inviting atmosphere, all while being unique and not your standard cookie cutter wedding venue (in the best way). At every step of the process Megan was clear and well-organized. From the day we toured Factoria, it was clear that Megan new exactly what she was doing and was on-top of every detail, and we knew our special day was in the best of hands. The entirety of the staff from the kitchen to the bar and everywhere in between took such amazing care of us and our guests. The food was amazing; we are still getting compliments on it months after. We loved the lazy susans - it was so nice for guests to be able to eat a little bit of everything, without having to choose what they were wanted to eat months in advance. We also had a number of guests with dietary restrictions and they were all fully taken care of, with the upmost precautions for people with allergies. The wedding expo they put on and the vendors they recommended were great ways for us to find amazing people to work with. Every vendor we used that they recommended were fantastic, and it was so nice to be able to hire vendors that came with a direct recommendation and knew the space already. We want to give one word of warning for anyone thinking of booking this venue (do it!) - but be aware of the hotel situation. The proximity of the Holiday Inn Express Peekskill was convenient for our guests, but they were incredibly difficult to work with. We recommend reaching out early to other hotels and not having to rely on the Holiday Inn Express Peekskill for all of your guests. It is unfortunate that it is the most convenient option for lodging, but Factoria is the most amazing place to have your wedding so it’s just something to...
