I visited them to purchase a battery for my car. Liz was very knowledgeable about the correct battery and explained the way it was made and how it worked. I noticed they also offered jump starters. I requested information on one of them and she informed me it was too much battery for my car. It was a battery more suitable for a truck (I have a sedan) and cost prohibitive for my model. I am so happy I chose interstate to get batteries from. I was looking everywhere for AGM 27 rv batteries, was quoted really high prices at other places in store or I would have to order online and wait for them. Liz at Interstate suggested a better battery that they had in store that ended up saving me $280 total by choosing this option. She was super helpful and made sure the battery I got would be good for my rv. Additionally I didn’t have to do a thing, their employee Al took the batteries out of my trunk and put the new ones in for me.
