They are 1.3 miles from my home. I called at 1130am to see if I could get a relative time for delivery. I was told it was impossible as the flowers were on the truck already for delivery. Person never asked for an order number or name. I called again at 5:30pm and was told they had many orders and the truck was still out on delivery. Seemed strange that on a Monday they would have so many deliveries that 8.5 hours after opening they would still be delivering. I called back 4 times between 5:36pm and 5:40pm with no answer. I called the PayPal company associated with this order and cancelled. I called the florist direct one more time with still no answer. At 5:55pm the florist shows up with an arrangement resembling nothing of what I ordered and the flowers had very little if any life in them. It was obviously hastily arranged and sent over to our residence in an attempt to save them a cancellation with no thought into either answering my calls(or calling us) and apologising for failing to deliver or when the order was realized to not be in the delivery vehicle, arrange a bouquet as ordered. There was less than zero attempt to allow the customer to show appreciation for the florist. The work was sloppy , cheap and without concern for value. I can find no reason why with us living 1.3 miles from this venue a delivery should arrive with flowers that looked as if they came from several...

My first question before placing my order was whether Sunday delivery was possible. Assured that they could deliver on a Sunday and at the specific time window we needed (to ensure no interruption during a memorial service,) I placed a $160 order. The DAY AFTER THE SERVICE, Forever Yours called to advise no one was available to receive the flowers. Following up I was told whoever took the order wrote down the wrong date. Total incompetence!!!!!! If they can’t get the basic order details right, then what’s the point of assuming they can fulfill any part of an order. Save your time and money and order your flowers...

Extremely happy with the flowers I ordered! I’m in Florida and my college best friend lives there in Peekskill. I wanted to send some flowers for her 50th birthday. I seen a few arrangements online I liked but wanted something a little different yet elegant. Had to put the order on hold when I found out my friend went away for the day/night but was returning the next day. Next day called to have them send it for late afternoon. They did not disappoint! My friend absolutely loved the arrangement and I was beyond happy to see how beautiful they came out! Thank you for such a beautiful flower arrangement...
