My son ordered food and when it was delivered it was totally incorrect. He then called back and they wanted to charge him again to correct the order. After he refused to pay again the lady on the phone just hung up on him. So I call and get the same lady, I explained to her how can you charge him again for your error. She continued to argue with me on the phone and then finally handed the phone over to Kim, which Kim understood and agreed to correct the order. I normally try to stay away from this place because I don't like the taste of their food but this is the place my coworkers order lunch from every Tuesday. This week I decided to order from there and I got a DEAD BUG IN MY RICE!!! I literally had to run to the bathroom and wash my mouth!
