I used to brew kombucha. I only use the highest quality tease silver needles Yunnan black tea and 2nd femerment was always done with crushed whole fruit. Life got busy, but I’ve been chasing those flavors and quality ever since.

I’m always trying kombucha whenever I come across it in my travels, Colorado, Michigan, New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania have gone to local Brewers in all of these states. I can comfortably say this is some of the best kombucha have ever tried. my favorites are the lavender with Nepali, black tea and white peony tea also the butterfly pea, flour and rosemary with Nepali black tea. for people not used to small batch kombucha you may find out a little more funk or tang than what you find at commercial grocery store stuff. It’s also on the left sweet but not dry.

Laughing Gut Kombucha is hands down the best kombucha I've ever had and I've tried them all. I'm so happy they opened a tap room on Main Street. The owners told me they've only been open for a short time but the space is so cute! Their Covid safety protocol is top notch- hand sanitizer at every table. As soon as one customer left, someone was there to clean the table off thoroughly for another customer to sit. They have all of their 6 original flavors on tap and added 2 extra for the season. Chai spice and jalepeno lime are available right now and THEY ARE DIVINE! So delicious! The staff and owners are so kind, down to earth and friendly. A customer came in and didn't know anything about kombucha and the owner took his time to explain it. Safe to say this will be my new favorite Saturday hang spot and I recommend you get a 6-pack case on the way out to last you throughout the week! Highly recommend this tap room and brand...

What a wonderful place!! As a lover of kombucha, I couldn’t wait to check out the Laughing Gut and it did not disappoint. The kombucha is incredible. Truly, some of the best I’ve ever had. Also, I cannot describe to you how good their matcha was. I never thought I liked it until they made it for me at the Laughing Gut. It was, by far, the best matcha I’ve ever drank.
