iPhone Hero — Local services in City of Rome

I had this shop replace my iPhone battery today. The cost was $85 which is standard for this type of repair. The owner said before starting that the battery he is installing is “OEM but has a different sticker on it”. When the work was completed I was surprised to see an error message with a red flag on the Settings icon on the desktop. Also “Battery Not Recognized” was shown. When I asked why this was happening, he responded with a vague political statement about Apple’s regulations. There was nothing that could be done and it was something I just have to live with was the conclusion. My iPhone 6 screen was shattered on Saturday night and I called this repair shop immediately. I had gotten information from another friend that he was good at what he does. He answered right away and was able to get me in on Monday to replace my screen. He replaced it right then and there while I waited and did not mind me asking questions about how all of this works(since I am an engineer, I just had to know!). My phone is like brand new now and he even recommended a new screen protector which I purchased right then and there and he installed it for me. Very friendly and quick!! I had a problem with my phone not being able to charge from the Lightning Port, I thought I needed a new port, I had cleaned the port myself. I went to visit Charlie and he quickly noticed that I hadn’t done a good job cleaning the port. He took about 5 minutes cleaning port. I asked what I owed and he said no charge.
