Metro by T-Mobile 152 BLACK RIVER BLVD — Local services in City of Rome

I went to Metro in Rome NY to add a line to my account for my son. When I asked the girl working if there were any promotions going on, she told me that they just got in the latest and best Android phone on the market. She told me that the Samsung A36 was the best Android phone on the market and there was a promotion going on that the phone was $360.00 taxes and all fees included. So being that my son is starting 8th grade and kids are brutal these days I wanted to get him the latest and greatest. Then she proceeded to tell me that their card machine was down and that they could only accept cash. No problem it was for my son I went and got the $360.00 out bought the phone and went on my way. Come to find out, the promotion that was going on for this phone was less than $50.00 and its not even close to the latest and greatest. So on top of getting scammed on my phone purchase she also added a bunch of features to my account which caused my bill to go from $105.00 for two lines to $158.00....

I got the good store open here, and I got the good deal here too, I like the store and staff over there, The guy assist me with my upgrade phone given by the Metro by T-Mobile I am Happy know too get the new phone with just paying the activation...

I like the New store and new mobiles, I got my device upgraded, the guy over here helped me to upgrade my phone . I really appreciate that guy. I recommended everyone to go to this store and grab the offers they have...
