UPDATE 10.16.22 - well gave it one last attempt.Sun.am,not that busy and went thru the drive thru. Ordered an Americano-black,with sweet cream foam- nice and simple. When they handed me my drink it looked like they added cream to it. I said I wanted it black and she said it is,thats just the foam. I don't mind paying for quality,but if u are going to charge me almost $ 7 for a coffee drink make it properly. The foam should be stiff enough to sit on top of the drink. That means running it in the machine long enough so that it's made correctly. The message here is no quality and the management doesn't care enough to fix what's wrong. The best quality Starbucks are in the Targets for some reason. It's a nite and day difference in service and quality. Update 09.17.22- this is directed at whoever's is the " shift supervisor"- you have 7 people working and I waited 30 minutes- literally- I timed it for an Americano- cold water and expresso. You are filling e-orders for people who are not even there ,before the customers standing in front of you.there was a collection of orders on the counter upto 2 hours old. Never saw so many people asking for refunds . Learn how to prioritize your customers . I like Starbucks but I don't understand how there is no uniform way to make a cold brew with sweet cream foam. Read moreI made a mobile order yesterday afternoon on my way home for a shaken espresso with no ice. I had a root canal on two of my teeth a few days ago and my gums are still very sensitive so I really can’t have the ice. When I stopped to pick it up I noticed my drink was only about a third of the way full. I wasn’t happy with that, so I brought it to the counter and I said to one of the women working “Excuse me, but can I just have ice in this if it means the drink will be full, I have sensitive teeth so I asked for it without ice, but I didn’t realize it would be mostly empty.” She apologized and told me that the drink should NOT be mostly empty and she didn’t know who made the drink. Either way she remade it IMMEDIATELY. I told her it wasn’t a problem, but thanked her and wow I appreciated their customer service! I do mobile orders from this store often and I am never disappointed with how the drinks come out, and I was especially made happy on my birthday this day with how she handled the situation, super professional and excellent customer service. Read moreThis shop never gets things right. I just don't understand how every other Starbucks I've been to can comprehend how to do a mobile order, but this store just doesn't. Most of the time, they just don't make the order. So I go in, wait 10 minutes, eventually realize they aren't working on it, and ask. Then they realize they didn't look at the mobile orders and make it for me. Today was the first time in months my order was ready, so I grabbed it and got back into my car. 2 miles down the road I go to take a sip, and it turns out they made something completely wrong. I ordered a plain black americano. Pretty simple right? A few shots of espresso and some water. But no, they decided to also add some foamed milk for some reason. I don't want foamed milk, or I would have asked for it. I've been at the end of my rope for a while now, but this does it.
