Free admission. You don't need a reservation. If the door is locked just ring the buzzer and they'll let you right in and ask if you want a guided tour or just walk thru at your own pace.
I'm so glad I stopped here to learn about this remarkable woman! The museum is very thoughtfuly and lovingly put together with lots to look at and read thru.
Sister Marianne and other caring nuns in her order worked tirelessly for the sick, in the hospital, and later they took the perilous journey to Hawaii and the leper colony there. The conditions were pretty bad but they worked hard to improve the lives and health of everyone.
You can read thru many of her letters to family and others to petition on behalf of her quest for healthier living conditions, etc, for those under her care.
The gift shop had lots of things to look thru and all pretty reasonably priced! I bought a number of things. 😁

It is a wonderful informative museum on the life of St Marianne and I found it extremely interesting and compelling and I was moved with emotion.
