I went in today and dealt with Derek; my phone was not working properly, shutting off at random, and only working when plugged in. I hold two important positions that require me to be available for contact at all times, and need to be able to contact. I didn't care if I had to pay for a new phone as it was necessity, however he noticed he could help me, and I could save some serious money. He went out of his way to hook me up with everything I needed, FOR FREE, and I'm extremely grateful. No longer have to worry about connection issues. I'm beyond grateful and pleased with the service I received today! Derek was personable, helpful, efficient, and I would gladly send anyone I know to this store because of him. Bonus points for the super awesome beard!...

This place is nothing but a SCAM! They lie and tell you a price, then way overcharge you. They don't give receipts unless you firmly demand one. When you do get a receipt it is vague so they can argue about what your purchased when you go back to dispute. They take your monthly payment and still turn your phone off until you pay a SECOND time! Because what else are you going to do?! Go without a phone? Avoid this place...

I must say this store and the gentleman working there went above and beyond to fix a problem with my phone . 2 hours on the phone with tech support, I finally said I'll just get new phone got it home had same problem with it so went back the next day after another hour he finally fix the problem and let me return the phone I purchased the night before!!
