Coff E’s Cafe and More Tonawanda — Restaurant in City of Tonawanda

Edited after response from unprofessional owner: it definitely 100% happened like that. You were only standing there for the register portion. She was the only one when ordering. :)

Looks like we’ll be posting the first one star review for this place. My husband and I went here for the first time today. We love trying new coffee shops/cafes. The reviews seemed promising. We were taking a look at the menu and the older woman working behind the counter rudely said “are you ready yet?” I told her we’d need just a moment, we were still deciding. She then huffed and rolled her eyes. When it came time to order, I asked if they offered nondairy milk (I absolutely cannot have dairy). She sarcastically and rudely said “you mean like OATmilk or ALMOND milk? Yeah. We do.” There was no need for the sarcasm or rudeness from her. My husband ordered a flavored Red Bull. She put 2 half pumps of syrup in a cup. Filled it with ice and handed it to him. She said “pour it over. Here’s the straw.” And walked away. My husband was attempting to pay with card but the woman kept walking away and ignoring us so the payment wouldn’t go through (I think she had to press something on her screen).

As far as the drinks- coffee was burnt and bitter tasting. Redbull - couldn’t taste the additional flavor.

We will not be returning. I will be sure to let everyone I know just how the service was at this...

Coffe E’s is everything you could want in a coffee shop and more! The vibes are super chill, with great music setting the perfect mood. The breakfast sandwiches are absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with their rich, smooth coffee.

Not only is the food and coffee top-notch, but the prices are really reasonable too, making it an even better experience. The place itself is cozy and inviting, with a community feel. You can tell that the people behind Coff E’s are genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows in every cup and every sandwich....

Gave this place five stars cuz atmosphere was casual and pleasant. Place clean and owners very friendly and accommodating. Coffee selection was ample and very good.
