They sent poorly wrapped cheese with unwrapped ice packs all loose in a 5 day ground shipping service. As you can imagine what arrived was a disgusting, melted, stinky mess. They of course kept the money and have refused to even apologize. I tried several times to get anyone in the store to even reply in any way and nothing. They left me with absolutely unusable products which I have to imagine were bad to begin with. Never ever use this company. You’re better off just setting $400 on fire in front of you because at least then it’s less cleanup than the mess they send you. How are they even in business?

Edit: Thank you to the owner for taking the time one month (order oct 26) later to respond. If anyone doubts me I have the UPS notifications which I am happy to pass along. Thank you for agreeing to finally refund unusable product. I hate that things transpired this way. I was excited to work with you ongoing monthly. Your refusal to communicate left things as they are now....

Immediately opened the box to put it away and was happy everything was still very cold. The next morning I opened the cheese and it was moldy! I have tried EVERYTHING to contact this company. They have not returned my emails, phone calls, text messages, or Facebook messages. I and so disappointed considering my first order placed went so well!

I have held onto this cheese now for almost 2 weeks not know what to do with it. The mold has taken over and I have report a dispute with my credit card...

Seller was very responsive pre-delivery and has ignored me since I raised the complaint. Will have to raise it with my credit card company now. AVOID...
