For starters the atmosphere is great in there, to cover the contributing attributes first. It was 2 of us and The waitress we had was very nice to us. The calamari was a new and great experience that had me very faithful that this place was going to be great, and than it went downhill. I understand long wait times on dishes that prioritize time needed because it shows withen your meal as far as plating, flavor, and freshness. i got lobster ravioli, which from prior experience i knew was frozen. For a place that makes their own pasta in all other dishes i was confused and consulted the waitress about it(in which was very honest with me). The person i was with got the salmon where the skin was burnt to dark black and had a side of parm risotto which was unbearably underdone. 4 frozen lobster raviolis for 31$ seems like highway robbery enough, but to burn the skin on the salmon was insulting in itself aswell. A lot of people would think I’m being harsh on a Hilton based restraunt, but ive eaten at many and never had quite a terrible experience as i did here tonight. We finished the night off with dessert and i got the creme brulee and they got the canoli cheesecake. presentation on both were exceptional, but the creme brulee wasnt set enough and the cheesecake was drizzled in what seemed to be hershey syrup and tasted very bland. i wanted to rate this place high before going in for the people thinking im being too critical, even make this place a regular spot for myself as the decor was so beautiful inside, but sadly for me i eould honestly not see myself back there ever again. hopefully people that choose to go here have a better experience, as it couldve been a bad night for whoever was cooking in the back. Definitely a sad case for the chesterfield name...
Read moreI just had my daughter’s sweet 16 lunch here. Rose and Rachael helped me on getting all of the details straight, and made sure everything was all set for a fun afternoon. They are kind, professional, and easy to work with. I’m so thankful to them for being flexible with changing plans late in the game due to COVID shrinking what was supposed to be a big party.
The kitchen did a great job and everything was prepared and presented perfectly.
Taylor greeted us as we arrived with a super fun demeanor, and made sure the music was what my daughter liked. He is lively, energetic, and Just all around fantastic!
Maria is an absolute delight. She is warm, and welcoming, and extremely helpful. She made sure that everyone had what they needed, and that everyone was comfortable. She even got my daughter some French fries (literally her favorite thing in the world), even though they weren’t on our “menu”.

UPDATE: After a tough experience trying to soak to someone as noted above, 3 years later, I wanted to go back and see what was up. I'm glad I did...We were greeted by the bartender and had a drink before dinner. The 2 gals behind the bar were cheery and very nice. Our server, Emily was attentive and thorough. Our food arrived to the table hot, and our meals were delicious. My wife had the Tuscan Chicken and I had the Asiago Chicken. My in laws had the Tuscan Chicken and the Corned Beef dinner special. All were quite good! We asked about some substitutions for our sides and Emily was absolutely accomodating...
I read the reviews before going again, and thankfully we did not experience some of the noted issues. This trip, and especially the staff renewed my faith in the place.
