Bella Bridal — Local services in City of Watertown

After searching multiple bridal shops, I finally happened upon Bella Bridal. It's a very small shop, but it's filled with such amazing people! I had been to very big dress shops prior, so I was hesitant I would find a dress at their store. However, I ended up finding a beautiful gown that I fell in love with. When I ordered my dress, I requested the back be raised a few inches to cover a tattoo I have. They were easily able to accommodate that request, so I was thrilled! I also live in Texas, and they were able to ship it to me directly which was nice! They gave me an estimated time of arrival, and the dress actually came a little earlier than expected! Unfortunately when the dress arrived, it was evident that the factory had messed up the measurements. Not only did they send me extra material for my seamstress to try to fix the dress, they also ordered me an entirely NEW dress just in case the first one couldn't be fixed! I was seriously amazed at everything they did to try to rectify the situation. They went above and beyond, and I am so extemely grateful. I have never in my life received such excellent service from any business or company. It's very clear that the people at Bella Bridal care about their customers and will do everything in their power to fix things should something go wrong. They are honest, trustworthy, and very reliable people. I would highly recommend them!

One word. RUDE! Worst customer service I've ever seen, and I've worked in a call center and I've dealt with call center reps... I've had 3 expierences with them and ALL 3 were terrible. First time was few months ago to try on dresses and the last 2 were within the last week. Without getting into a long detail I'll just sum it up. You will be feel very rushed, like your opinions won't matter, pressured into getting something you don't want in the first place and then If you mention something in their opinion wouldn't look good or dislike they will do everything in their power to.make u feel awful about it. (in my case...I'm a bride and we wanted ladies in plum and men in turqouise, she told me it would look awful. I admit it won't look the best BUT who's wedding is this? ) And did I forget to mention you will not get ANY respect but instead the complete opposite...you'll get looks, sighs and rudeness. And dont even bother wasting your time calling, they dont answer the phone often. The Lady named laura wasn't bad but if that old lady with glasses with longer hair approaches you, turn around and walk out that door.........If it wasn't for 10 days til my wedding i would cancel our order and go else where...but they sure lost my business for the any future...

Ordered a dress for vow renewal. My dress is perefect and beautiful. Took my son to be measured for a tux the measuring was rushed . No options givin. Just a basic black tux. I called two weeks before said prom and no return call back to me. I finally go ahold of them about three days before prom. They still did not have his in the store. But stated they have extra things in the back that they can throw together. I said im paying 150. For you to throw things together? I called back that night to cancel because prom was canceled due to covid. Now i have been trying to get my 100 deposit back. There customer service is awful. I wish i had read all the reviews before i ordered with them. My dress experience was good. Tux for my son was awful... still no return. Still no answers... i just keep hearing excuses, And how she needs to speak with the owner and they haven't forgotten about me. So...
