I'm new to the area, so mistakes are made on my part. It's all about learning where good food is, good customer service, etc... and along with that I have to learn where the bad food and bad customer service is.
I really don't understand. Subway is a restaurant isn't it? And, unless I am wrong, restaurants are where people eat and drink right?
Wouldn't someone naturally expect a bathroom in a restaurant? Kinda goes along with the whole eating and drinking thing, doesn't it?
My 5 year old son had to use the bathroom while we were there, and when we asked to use the bathroom the employee with the utmost fake sincerity apologized and told me that they did not have a public bathroom. Really!?!?! Told a 5 year old he couldn't use the bathroom because it was for employees only. Classy.
I'm not going to harp on why my family will never be there again, (should be obvious) or how there is a McDonalds and a Pizza Hut all connected to the parking lot that DO have public bathrooms which will get our money...
Read moreI don’t think this subway is any better or worse than any others in the area. We use it went we want a sandwich because it is the closest to our home. It really blows me away how it seems like you can’t get a consistent amount of toppings on a sandwich. It seems like you have to be very specific. If I ask for mayo, I don’t need three cups on my sandwich. I always have to ask for just a tiny bit of mayo just to get the right amount. Then for veggies, be very specific or they will overload your sandwich so it makes a complete mess. 37 strands of lettuce (not two heads), 16 black olives ( not two jars), extra onions (who doesn’t like extra onions?), 8 slices of cucumber ( not every one that came from the garden). Read moreI placed an online order, i arrived 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, it was not ready. They made the order. Lucinda the manager did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. I asked for a discount and she immediately got defensive and told me she had other customers that she had In front of me. When I arrived there was only one other customer in line. I accepted a full refund. I contacted their customer service and received a response from Lee, he told me I "need to make a better informed decision when ordering online." Again no apology was offered by Lee for the inconvenience. Seems to me that Subway does not care about the experience of its customers. No wonder they have closed...
