I like Save a Lot for it's prices on some items that they sell, a lot of the generic brands of food and drinks they sell taste just as good as the big names they are copying. That is the reason for the 3 stars, however the help need to work on their people skills, also only 1 register opened is not good. Charging for shopping bags is also not good either, but I bring my own bags,so what can you do. Also I didn't like it today that a Cashier was calling me out as a liar, I used my Food stamps card, typed it into the card reader that it was for Food stamps and not Cash, but she "claims" I didn't do that! Read moreRecently I had two of my personal shopping bags were stolen when I left my personal cart outside the store and one male manager told me that I could leave my cart inside the store near the ice cooler behind the Checkout area. The following week Scott, the store manager told me that I could not bring my cart into the store and to leave it outside and he was very rude and very unprofessional as showing customer service. Read moreThe clerk rang in the wrong amount for my produce. Hey, okay, accidents happen. The telltale sign is how a problem is handled. The person who came to fix the price had a lousy attitude. She immediately was rude and snotty. When I told her that it wasn't needed, she became worse, both with me and the clerk. After trying to fix it repeatedly, she still came up with the wrong number. Usually by this point, I would say just forget it, but not today, not considering her attitude. She never did get the register right, after multiple tries.
